Tesisin temizliği iyiydi. Resepsiyonda checkin yaparken yardımcı olan personel cok yardımcıydı. Çıkış yaparken tanıştığımız kişi için aynısını söyleyemeyeceğim. Soru sorduğunuzda sinirlenerek yanıt verebilir. İlk girdiğimizde şehir haritası aldık. Pisaya araba ile 8 dk mesafese. Güzel geniş bir hotel.

I liked the location as it was well placed to drive to the airport next morning. Not ideal if you want to do sightseeing in Pisa itself.
The bed was very comfy and the room was fine for a city hotel.
Virtually Impossible to get into a room before the check in time as the hotel doesn't tick off the rooms that have been cleaned as they do them.
Breakfast was a bun fight and food was not replenished quickly.
Only a portion of the dining room was open in the evening as the main part was booked by an outside party. Luckily we got in early enough to have some food before the tables were full.

Ottimo albergo situato in zona cisanello e quindi a pochi km dall'ospedale
Lo staff mi ha permesso di fare check in anticipato e subito dopo mi ha rilasciato le chiavi della camera.
La camera che mi è stata data era molto pulita, comoda ed estremamente spaziosa
Ho apprezzato moltissimo la presenza di una bottiglietta d'acqua gratuita
Per quanto riguarda il bagno, il kit di cortesia era veramente completo e di ottima qualità.
Anche lo shampoo, il balsamo e il sapone per la vasca erano eccezzionali
Da aggiungere che la macchina del caffè ad uso gratuito presente nella sala comune è un vero valore aggiunto per l'hotel

Quartos confortáveis e agradáveis.
Num específico dia, durante minha estadia, não vieram arrumar o quarto, quando voltamos às 6 da tarde e vimos que o quarto estava sem arrumação, ligamos para a recepção que apenas lamentou mas pelo horário não teria mais ninguém para poder arrumar. Creio que tenha sido um caso esporádico.

A nice and classic chain hotel, with standard and good facilities in a new building, 20 minutes driving to Pisa town centre, the room is quiet and comfortable, parking is free, the pricing is quite reasonable.
The bed is not very comfortable, our king bed is made of 2 small beds and a gap is in the middle.

My room rang 4 times in the middle of the night which woke me and made is difficult to get back to sleep (no one on the other end…)

morning receptionist wasn't too friendly, fortunately the table waiter more than made up for it. The location felt a little bit like a business park, but our walk was very very brief, but were advised transport was readily available so this shouldn't be a real problem.

smallest and loudest room I've ever been. i could hear all the noise outside the room

Excellent breakfast, very convenient location for the airport and for the city center especially if you travel by car. The staff was very helpful. Clean and big rooms.
We arrived at the hotel 11 pm and there was no any option for food since there was no room service facility option and the kitchen of hotel restaurant had been closed. Around the hotel there was no any restaurant or fast food as well. Only gas stations and a supermarket which it was closed as well since we were very late.

The location is too far from city centre , the breakfast was poor and restricted. Taxi was too expensive to get to town.

It is far from the city center, but easy transportation is provided by lam rossa city buses, there were dust particles left after cleaning in the toilet, the view was not nice.

The room did not smell good, and no matter how much we ventilated, the smell would not go away. Some switches didn't even work, and the plugs worked if the light was on. The location was quite far from the center.
But above all, the most annoying thing of all, is that they made an extra charge on my account and, despite having contacted them via email, they have not even responded.
I will not return.

I have stayed at several AC Marriott properties this was the worst! Wi-Fi did not work and USB and outlets in our room did not work.
