The property was clean, comfortable in a great location. It has two great swimming pool.

A long way from esplanade in Cairns

Excellent staff The kids loved the swimming pool.

The hot tub was not warm.

Good location. Close to a shopping centre. Nice design with good pool view.

Maybe another lift to cover the area better. Quite a long walk to some rooms from the lift.

Too many smokers. Loud radio by guests below. Dirty balcony. No towel rail. Fridge loose. No ice. Drains were disgusting! Roof vents were also so filthy.... At least the bed was comfy!

Room was just as expected with beautiful view of pool. Good location. Really helpful staff. Great stay and good value for money.

The spa wasn't heated. Was a little disappointed as it would have been nice to hop in of an evening.

Room was neat, had a bar fridge in the room, bathroom was clean, the water pressure was great. Hot water was available and it was great, huge pool area was a bonus but we dint use it. The room had a small balcony but it was raining so couldnt use it. The hotel is next door to supermarket so was very handy.

No kitchen, parking space limited, less friendly staff at the reception, laundry room was small and occupied.
