It's a lovely place, beds are super big and comfortable, room has heating so no cold at night.

Wifi couldn't reach any hotel room, only reception

Very good heating system, which is essential in Chivay in July, as the temperature in the night is close to 0°C. Really comfortable bed.

Wi-fi not available in the room but only in the common area. Considering the price, I would have expetected a better breakfast. Same for the restaurant, it's really pleasant to have dinner inside the hotel next to the fireplace without exiting in the cold Chivay, but considering the cost I would expect something better in terms of choice and quality.

Structure and all facilities

NO WIFI in the rooms. Unthinkable for an expensive hotel as Casa Andina. Additionally, not all the Staff were nice, the first day at breakfast the lady was very nice and helpful, however for the second day the lady was not so nice and when I told her I want the coffee in a pot like yesterday her reply was: yesterday was another person. She didn't even give us the alternatives for breakfast and I had to remind her of her options for her. I think the service should be the same or standard regardless of the employee of the day, it's not a cheap hotel! For dinner only gave me an option of an expensive menu with limited alternatives. Not really a restaurant although I guess as the hotel was empty there was no effort to offer their total services.
