The location of the apartment was in the best location ces and Woolworth was just an skip and an hop the main street was only an 2min walk also the activities was in the right place love it ❤❤❤❤

Location is good. walkable distance from beach, public transport, Woolworth and Coles. Large no of eateries nearby. Our bedroom on the first floor facing roadside with busy traffic. Noisy even at night. We got used to it. Good size room with nice bed and well maintained cozy sofa.

Noisy surrounding, specially vehicular traffic. May be upper floors and facing east must be better.

The water pressure in the shower was really bad.

Great amenities as they have a heated pool, spa and sauna. Views are stunning and plenty to do in this area. The location is excellent! Walking to anything you want as it's right in the heart of Surfers. Washer/dryer worked a treat. They provide the basics (dish detergent, dish washer soap, toilet paper, milk) which helped at the start.

The apartment itself could use some updating. The stove top took forever to heat up so cooking scrambled eggs took 45 minutes. No cleaning supplies on hand to wash a table or counter top (that I could find). We booked an apartment so we wouldn't eat out but was hard to do that with outdated amenities. In the grand scheme of things, that's my only complaint. Staff were great. Location is epic.

The location and the security.

The view was blocked with trees. We had to clean the cups, cutlery and the plates that we were going to us. No tea and coffee but had dishwasher detergent, with no dishwasher. But the worst part was the noise at night it is like the bedroom window was opened. When you are on holidays no one would like to be woken up at night with all the noise espacialy enery morning at 6.30 then at 7 with the rubbish truck.

Clean apartment. Bathroom and ensuite modern. All appliances worked very well. Pool area with sauna was nice. Garden area was beautiful. I love tropical plants. Nice views.

Air vents in ensuite and bathroom were dusty which wasn't good for my daughter's asthma. The 2 globes in the lamp in main bedroom wasn't working. I mentioned at reception but they never got replaced. Backing material inside curtains at the top were falling apart so lots of small white material pieces dropping down on the floor as you open and close the curtains. Hooks to hold the curtain on tracks were breaking so I had to replace several. Windows were dirty on outside so a bit hard to see outside unless you went on the balcony. Some cushion covers were dirty. They need a wash.

Location of the property is great. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurant. There was parking onsite. The BBQ and Pool area is decent. The apartment was overlooking the river. Would have preferred a nicer view but it was still good.

Apartment needed repairs. Door handle on sliding door, towel rack faulty. AC in living room wasnt the best but bedroom was fine. For the cost of the place, was expecting a little more. Just some small things like larger sofa, some side tables etc. They werent showstoppers but with reception not being there, there could be some more items. Recommendation: As reception is not there. Keep a digital safe where people can collect keys from, or keep a spare Possibly look at moving rooms to pin unlocks Otherwise, nice place

The location and staff were excellent, the apartment was larger than expected with superb river views. Having on-site car parking was a bonus.

The building and apartment is in need of a facelift, particularly for the bathrooms and flooring in the main rooms (tiles were chipped and cracked), there were weeds growing through the cement on the balcony. We also had two lots of plumbing issues within the week (the washing machine flooded the apartment and the toilet blocked).

you had to do most of the cleaning prior to leaving and if you had access to a vac they would want you to do that to . some furniture needed up dating.

Position on Cavill street was excellent so we could walk and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Also we had a gorgeous view of the Nerang river which was stunning and entertaining. Staff were very lovely and helpful. Carparking was so convenient. Great kitchen and also a washing machine and dryer and clothes horse which was brilliant. Rubbish chute was a winner and so were the recycling facilities.

The doors both internal and external were noisy when opening and closing. Older building but very clean. The sofa's were quite dated.

We stayed in Room 50, 10th Floor Nov '22. Wonderful views of the river especially at night, the location was great, near shops and a wee mall, at night we walked to the local restaurants and there was buskers that played at different time slots that were so enjoyable and entertaining. Very warm at that time of year, the apartment was clean and bathrooms were OK. Kitchen great, no oven but does have a Convection Microwave and full size fridge. Secure parking under the building. Washing machine and dryer available in apartment. They leave you a feedback form to fill out at the end of your stay which I liked.

The Wifi was practically non-existent even though free wifi is offered, it was so inconsistent we could not really use it. Although the apartment is noisy during the day, it was very quiet at night. Would be helpful to have a clothes horse for items that could not go in the dryer. No flannel or box of tissues offered in the bathroom but only mentioning so others can bring their own, not a big deal to us.

Spacious, clean, pool, BBQ, air-con. Full sized kitchen, laundry (washer AND dryer). Free Wifi access. Parking available. Friendly and accomodating staff. Great location.

Not enough towels. Was only given 1 per person for the 5 days and no swimming towel (we went to buy some). Be good if staple items were available e.g. salt/pepper
