Comfortable room with a good breakfast and secure parking.

Owner/manager was not happy with price we paid, but agreed to let us have the room. He said that we should be paying more since he was busy and their was a festival in town, but after some time he said that he would take up the issue with booking.

The staff and location of the inn were excellent, very cozy. Way better than staying in a 4 star hotel.

Wifi connectivity could be improved.

Very cute and lovely hotel. The owner and the the staff are the most friendly and helpful people you could ever imagine. The breakfast was amazing.

Just be aware that the people from the village are very happy people, so they like to play loud music all night long. But we could sleep anyway.

We had the most amazing stay at Green House! The whole family was so nice and caring, they made us hot water bottles for the night so we wouldn‘t be cold. They were very understanding when we had to shift our reservation several times, it was no problem at all for them. The food was very very good and different each day. The room was clean and comfortable and the rooftop terrace had an amazing view. Also the dining area and the patio were so pretty and colorful! The family made us feel like being at home all the time, I would definitely come back and would everyone recommend staying there:)

Great breakfast. Friendly, engaging owner. Beautiful authentic area. Didn't feel like I was in a tourist area but rather a traditional neighborhood.

The beauty of the entire facilities is incredible. Bed was very comfortable. Staff is eager to please.

Not enough english speaking channels on the tv.

Our family booked two nights at Green House, but already the first day we decided to stay two extra nights. Green House is a cosy family run hostel with a warm atmosphere and terrasses with great views of the lake and volcano. The hostel is also the family's home and they did their absolute best to make us feel welcome - thank you Fabricio, Nely, Edith, Michael and Sergio :-) We will warmly recommend this hostal. The family is constructing a new building with more rooms which will be finished shortly. The New rooms look very nice.
