Location and cheap
It was a dump. Hadn’t been touched since the 70s. Cracks in walls. Moth in wardrobe.

Things were nice & clean. Beds were comfy & the apartment was well-appointed. Great having a washer/dryer & decent kitchen to work with.
The front gate of our apartment (Apartment 1) has a very broken lock.

The apartments are in a fantastic location for accessing all that Lygon Street has to offer. The restaurants and bars of Fitzroy are only a short and lovely walk away too. Although I didn't meet the reception staff they were really helpful. I had a couple of calls and texts in the day or so before we were due to check in to organise the chcek in process. It made is very easy. The apartment had all we needed for our stay, and I was appreciative of the coffee bags (no Nescafe Blend 43 thank goodness).
The apartment decor was quite dated. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, and the tired bathroom was showing a lot of wear.

Location and facilities
We have been moved to a different apartment (2 bedrooms) because due to miscommunication ours was not ready. One of the rooms had the floor and bed sheets not properly cleaned.

Emmett’s reception was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel like a member of the family. The location to Lygon Street was a bonus.

The room was absolutely foul. The smell was disgusting & the room was filthy. Paid $300+ for 1 night, rip off.

The reception guy Emmty i think his name is been helpfull and assist us upon check in. His very accomodating and feels you a warm welcome.. room beds is big and comfortable bonus to have a washing/dryer your clothes especially when ur travelling. Well def recommended this hotel. Close to everything

Difficulty charging things occasionally. It was probably the output -slow. Husband has hearing aid charger and we both had mobiles.

Location was great, it was very unusual to have 2 st access. Walking distance for Victoria market, museum lots of restaurants etc..
Place itself were very quiet as well.
It wasn't very clean floor in the kitchen, but then again they were super nice to let us check in early for our convenience..it didn't make a big deal ..

Good location, close to shops, restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and apartment was spacious.
The lack of attention to detail with the cleanliness. Shower had good pressure but was dirty and mouldy. I asked for it to be cleaned, they assured me that they would clean it but they didn’t. Apartment is next to a lane where they empty the bins very early.
