The hotel's location is really good. Its very accessible to public transportation.

The pool area is not that well maintained. The water pressure at the shower is not consistent though that might have been a problem with the city's water supply since the other hotel we stayed at have the same problem.

Room 409 had a city view and was nicely setup for our purpose. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Bacon, egg, fried chicken, fruit plate (rice for Filipino and bread for western breakfast).

Staff was great. Wifi works.

Interior are very old. TV doesnt work, bad signal. Everything is very old. Looks like 3 star hotel, not 4. Very expensive for what they offering.I think better is go to other hotel.

nothing to like except the bed was comfortable and Air Cooler was working great

it’s by no means 4 star or Haydn your a three star. old carpets, small not so clean washroom with very poor quality of amenities. ties were so old type . breakfast was very ordinary. there are so many better place than this one .

The hotel is tagged as 4-star so I was expecting a typical 4-star hotel. The hotel needs a major renovation badly, major amenities repair that even the basic amenities do not work such as the in room telephone and television. In addition, the room cleanliness is very poor. The shower head, sink, shower drainage, and bidet head got molds and rust that accumulated there thru the years of not cleaning it. Im saying these things based on my honest experience from my heart. Good thing the staffs are very considerate to find alternative solutions for every complains I report. Thank u to the staffs.

Charged full price but is only currently open as B&B no facilities open even bar fridge empty. Bar not open. restaurant not open. pool pumps not running pool not open.
