This is by far our favorite place to stay! This condo is so beautiful and exceptionally clean. The host leaves nothing to be desired. They have thought of everything you may ever want/need with excellent communication to make you the most comfortable. We would recommend to anyone/everyone!

The Condo was everything advertised and more! Throughout the entire process the owner always responded asap with any questions we had. Great Condo in a great location of Orange Beach. We will book again next year!

We had the best stay at this Orange Beach condo! The rooms were beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed including a big pot for a seafood boil. The ice machine was a big plus! The view from the balcony was amazing! The indoor pool and hot tub were both great. The outdoor pool/lazy river combo was a little too cold for us, but it was only May, so I’m sure that it will warm up soon as summer is coming! We didn’t utilize the tennis courts this trip, but that is a nice amenity as well. Communication with the owner was awesome. We will definitely be back someday… hopefully sooner rather than later! :)

The condo was amazing. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 little kids. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! All the beds and couches were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. We would visit again!

We had an amazing time in Orange Beach! We were so excited when we arrived at how absolutely beautiful the condo was. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out at night. Communication with our host was great, she went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and even went as far as to dropping off a beach cart for us. With 5 kids it made things so much easier. We would definitely Recommend this condo and will hopefully be back again soon!

Our condo was beautiful and very spacious. My only problem was the master bedroom mattress was pretty uncomfortable. It has two dips in it where people sleep. Other than that it was very nice.

We just got home and can’t say enough good things about this condo or it’s owner. The location is a dream, the condo is even better in person than in the pictures and Kristy was just the absolute best to work with. We had questions before our arrival, and she was so responsive and after we got there she followed up to make sure we were good. We absolutely loved our time in this condo.

Beautiful Condo. We had a great week! Manager responded immediately to questions. Only negative is that this Condo is a Phoenix property. They closed the pool if there is a lightning strike within 10 miles. They closed the pool one afternoon for hours. The sun was shining and we could see the pools open at all the other Condos around us.

When we found this condo online (VRBO), we booked our family vacation with very high expectations. The beautiful unit exceeded our expectations in every way with the lovely décor, features and extra special touches that made us feel welcomed and privileged to spend our week here. This was a "girls" trip that included my 85 year old mother, my sister, my daughter and my 6 year old granddaughter. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views from the spacious balcony early each morning and throughout the evenings. The beds all slept very comfortably and the kitchen included everything we could possibly need. We spent most days on the beach but also some time in the condo's lazy river. The owners provided access to their storage closet which was filled with beach chairs and lots of toys for the "kids" big and small. We would love to make this an annual trip and there is no place that we'd rather stay than this fantastic unit and condo. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Beautiful area to sit outside watching the ocean and dolphins every day. Kitchen was well equipped and grocery stores are in walking distance. My family had a great time and would definitely go back!!

This condo is beautiful and the view of the ocean is breathtaking. The condo was neat and spacious for my family of five. It had everything we needed. Restaurants and grocery store are conveniently right across the condo. Kristy was very helpful and even let us check in early. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely come back.

The condo was exactly as described. It was right on the beach with a short walk to the water and everything else the condo had to offer. It is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you would need. Just a short drive to parasailing, dolphin tours or the outlets. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beach chairs, toys and towels were a nice added. touch for the days we just wanted to sit by the water and relax. We would definitely stay here again!

I had to book something last minute, since we had to cancel other plans due to the hurricane. The owner helped me with the booking and everything was ready when we checked in.
Great condo, building, lazy slide, and beach. Beds were comfortable, great internet, smart tvs, and even watched dolphins from the deck. Walking distance to Publix, Walmart, restaurants, and great running trails. Also a short drive to miniature golf, Cosmo’s, The Wharf, and The Gulf.

This property had everything you could ask for from a fully stocked kitchen complete with Kureig coffee maker to a closet full of chairs and beach toys. The condo was beautifully furnished with 2 leather sofas with 2 recliners each and 2 separate recliners. It has 3 large bedrooms with a tv in every room and 3 large bathrooms with all the touches of home down to sound machines in every room. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Also loved the lazy river and indoor pool and hot tubs. Will definitely come back to 1705!!

This property was amazing! We did a double family vacation and really enjoyed everything this property had to offer. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The 10 of us had enough space and privacy to really enjoy the week as if we were at home. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation!
This was our 5th time to Orange Beach and after staying here, I am not sure we will stay anywhere else! Everything was very clean and well stocked. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus! The amount of storage was also a bonus so you could tuck everything away and nothing felt cramped as it sometimes can when traveling with littles! It was nice renting from an owner instead of going through an agency. She was very quick to respond when booking and arrival. Overall, our favorite beach vacation condo ever! Also, we knew the area really well but for those that do not, this is such a central location that is so convenient to many shops, grocery, restaurants and entertainment/attractions, but yet the beach itself is not overly crowded.

We’ve gone to Orange Beach once or twice a year for over 25 years. This is the nicest condo I’ve stayed at and it was so convenient to everything. The condo was beautifully decorated without being tacky as so many properties are. Everything we needed, including beach towels, was available. A first! Communication was excellent with the host whom I had the pleasure of meeting.

The condo was beautifully decorated without being tacky as so many properties are. Everything we needed, including beach towels, was available. A first!
