we thoroughly enjoyed our short trip to Rehoboth Beach in this lovely house with more than enough space. the host, chris was easy to communicate with, and the house had everything we needed including coffee, huge outdoor deck, a giant box of beach chairs and toys that our 3yr old loved playing with. the parking pass was exactly what we needed to park without a hassle. next time we will stay longer and play more foosball ;-)

The downstairs, with a large living room, bath, and bedroom, was perfect for the family with young kids. That way they could wind down before bed. When toddlers are upstairs, bring a small baby gate for the stairs.

Had a great stay at Seaclusion. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. House was located in a great area, away from all of the noise but just a 2 min drive to Rehoboth Ave. Our host Chris was great and very responsive and communicative.

What a fantastic house, and neighborhood. Perfectly centrally located to all of the beaches. The wildlife in the neighborhood made the stay even more peaceful. Quiet neighborhood, everyone so friendly. The pictures of the house looked so nice, and being there in person made it so much better. Chris and Lynn were very informative and very helpful with everything. Looking forward to making this an annual vacation in this house.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room and very clean. The house had everything you could possibly need; all kitchen needs, plenty of towels, cable TV, 2 refrigerators/kitchens was great for us having 2 families, gas grill indoor and outdoor games,. Beaches are very close by. Need to drive; not walkable. Great stay

This is a large home with four bedrooms and lots of rooms. The description online is accurate. It is a split-level home (stairs at the entryway) with a large master bedroom (king-sized bed) and bathroom downstairs. My husband and I slept there while my adult children took the upstairs bedrooms, This gave us a little more privacy, which we enjoyed. It is very quiet, but does require a drive to get to the boardwalk area. The parking pass was a big help as we were there when it was quite busy.

Seaclusion
Our stay was nice and home was warm and welcoming. We also had a front-row view to fireworks. Host’s rules and requirements felt a little overbearing, and we didn’t know about them until after we booked, but all-in-all, it was a nice stay.

Rehoboth - stay here!
From the outset to departure this property served us very well and the owners have been very responsive. Plenty of room and comfort. Excellent beds and kitchen supplies. Though not on the beach location is excellent. Would definitely return.

Sea-Clusion is a hidden treasure!
Spent a week here with my husband and children, we had an absolute amazing time. The house is spacious & gorgeous! Close enough to all the action but in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. We loved seeing all the wildlife too (deer, rabbits and we also got to watch newborn baby robin birds grow throughout the week on the property)
I highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for a place close to all the beaches and surrounding area. We even took a day to ocean city, md and it wasn’t a far travel.
We loved our stay and the area so much, my husband and I are planning on moving towards the Rehoboth area in the next couple years!

Fun in Rehoboth
Neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous. Great location, even though it isn't right next to the beach. The house is pretty large, plenty of space for our group of 6 + 3 kids. Had a blast!

Nice house, quiet neighborhood, just right for family group
Sea-clusion is a nice, clean home away from home kind of house. Location is a couple miles from the Rehoboth boardwalk area, which was just fine by me - once we left the beach we were rewarded with an evening in a quiet house, with ample room to spread out in the split level layout with two living room type areas, a decent kitchen with very large table and a huge deck with another huge table out there and plenty of beds and privacy (4 bedrooms plus a bed in downstairs family room.) Owners Chris and Lynn were very responsive and we communicated several times before we arrived and when I'd lost the entry instruction sheet, I called on the way to the house and Chris got back to me promptly. Only good things to say about the entire experience!

Great stay
A clean and spacious house for two families located in a pleasant neighborhood. It was great to be able to relax on the deck in the evenings. The beaches are a short drive away. The owner was very thorough in his instructions and was responsive to our communications.

5 min away from the beach and everything else
Stayed at Sea-clusion for 4 nights, there were 7 of us including my 1 year old and 5 year old. The house was clean, spacious and exactly as described in the listing. Communication was excellent from Chris throughout. The house is tucked away in an incredibly beautiful and quiet neighborhood near a nature preserve, yet is also a 5 min drive from multiple beaches, shopping, restaurants and more. It was also a perfect house for little kids, as it has a flat front and (large) fenced in backyard. If you are looking for a place where you can walk to the beach or have parties, keep looking. If you are looking for a place where everything is a short car or bike ride away and you can return back to peace and quiet at the end of the day, this is absolutely that place. Highly recommended and I hope to return again!

Sea-Clusion was delightful
Sea-clusion was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 7 friends! Just a short ride to the beach and about equal distance to Rehobeth and Dewey beaches. We had to bring our own sheets, pillows, blankets and towels due to a COVID policy, which was inconvenient but otherwise we had a great stay!

We stayed for the weekend while in town for a sports event. The location was quite and relaxing, yet close to everything. The house was well furnished and comfortable. Would stay again.

Wonderful beach stay
We loved our stay here with our family friends! This was our first trip this year and we were able to really spread out on the two floors and make use of the property’s amenities. We enjoyed sitting outside and grilling as well as The quick and easy drives to both the beach and shops and restaurants. We found communication with the owners to be quick and easy and the instructions and information about the place detailed and clear. We made use of the parking pass and the beach chairs as well as the laundry machines— Necessary when traveling with little kids! The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was super clean and there was even a toy box for the little ones. We had a great stay and would stay again.

The property was in a nice neighborhood relatively close to several beaches and town. The nature area surrounds the area but access was limited. Chris, our landlord was responsive and overall we had a great time

Wonderful vacation
My family really enjoyed our vacation at this bay vista property. Clean and roomy home, plenty of drawer and closet space. Nice and quiet neighborhood on the bay and less than 5min drive to the beach! Plenty of room for our family of 10! We are already looking into rebooking for next year. Thank you!!

Beautiful property only one issue
Chris and Lynn were fantastic hosts. The property is lovely, the commute is very simple, and the house was better equipped then our group had thought it would be. The only issue we ran into was the location on a small shadowbox on the wall that was knocked off the first time we opened the dryer door in the downstairs bathroom. When going to put towels in there, one of our group accidentally knocked it off the wall breaking it. Fully our fault realistically but we couldn't help but feel like that should have been hung up elsewhere to avoid such a easily made mistake.
Other then that it was a wonderful experience!

Comfortable and nice house
The house was very nice, comfortable, clean and pretty neighborhood. Pretty much everything you could ask for. What I was most impressed by is Chris, the owner, who was incredibly easy to reach and very helpful when we had to call him during our visit. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again. We are a small family and we had space to spare, went on a lot of beautiful walks in the neighborhood too.
The drive to the beach was super easy, and the pass was AMAZING!

Wonderful relaxing family vacation!
My family had a wonderful first visit to Rehoboth! Together with my brother's family, we traveled with 3 young boys ages 5 and under. The house was ideal for all of us. It provided us with plenty of space to enjoy time together and afforded us our own space when we needed some quiet time with our little ones under 2. We greatly appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen at our disposal and it was so nice to have a large dining room table to gather around during meals. The backyard space had ample space for our boys to play and an awesome deck and outdoor shower, which were just what we needed after a day at the beach.
We were extremely pleased with how easy it was to drive to the beach and park close to the boardwalk with the parking pass that was provided. It took us longer to pack up the car than it did to actually drive to the beach! We also found it very convenient to be close to the Coastal Highway for runs to the grocery store and general needs.
It was really nice to be so close to everything but also having a truly quiet place to retreat to at the end of the day. We had a very memorable trip and consider this house a great find!

Great Location! Perfect for families!
What a great find! Our group consisted of 10 people, 6 adults and 4 kids- 6 and under and it was a perfect fit. The house was clean and spacious enough that we did not feel cramped in any way. One of the most important things for us was to find a roomy house that was not filled with breakable knickknacks, glass tables, or ceramic tile, which you have to consider when taking little kids on vacation. This house was beautifully decorated, but in no way cluttered. The backyard was fenced in so the kids could run around while the adults played games or relaxed on the porch. Located just a short drive from the beach, we could pop over for boardwalk fun or to play on the beach and then return to the house to relax and get away from the noise. The house is surrounded by quiet streets perfect for walking or bike rides. The owner, Chris, is polite and friendly and quick to answer any questions you may have about the house. He helped make planning our trip a breeze! We would definitely recommend this property!

Charming house in a peaceful neighborhood
My family and I stayed in this house with two other families for a beach getaway. It's located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house boasts two very large decks. I definitely enjoyed sipping coffee a few mornings on the upper deck, watching the sun rise.
The bedrooms are very nice in size and there is a very large family room downstairs, complete with foosball table, where everyone can relax and chat together. The upstairs kitchen has a table big enough to fit 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants quite comfortably! We shared quite a few family style meals there.
We wish we had known that there was a pack-n-play available for use, as we lugged 2 of them along with us. There are also a few children's toys and books and some lawn games that are available for use, which we thought was really very nice as well.
The house is located an easy 10-15 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach and is located very close to shopping areas and grocery stores. It was a convenient location, but yet still set back enough to be the quiet "Oasis" that it is.
We would definitely recommend this house to others and would absolutely consider renting this house again should we find ourselves in the area again.
