it’s good

no front desk and cafeteria keep calling that we need to left early for early flights but nobody on front desk that ended we left the room and just left a note

I liked the pillows, it was really soft. The bed was very comfy. I enjoyed the tv, they have cable. The room was spacious. They have bidet and kettle, which is a bonus. They also have hot and cold shower. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good, wish they offered juice tho. The staff was very friendly. The place is good for a quiet rest.

I disliked a lot of things and some things I would like to suggest. 1. The place isn't really good for Business Trips, quite far from the main road. Lucky enough if a tricycle was around to take you to the highway. Only good for guests with personal cars. 2. The pool isn't clear, couldn't even see my legs even at the shallow end or the side of the pool. 3. Free breakfast was good but additional rice is too expensive. 4. The bathroom and toilet isn't enclosed, therefore if someone pooped, you could smell them. I don't think the exhaust fan was on. And because the shower room wasn't enclosed, it's freezing after you shower especially when the AC is on. 5. The AC and bed placement is annoying. The other side of the bed is freezing coz the AC hits that part while the other side isn't that cold. 6. The kettle in the room wasn't cleaned or washed. No glasses or mugs in their rooms, you have to ask it at their restaurant. 7. They should invest on fabric conditioners, that would definitely add more comfort to their guests. 8. This isn't the place's fault, but when I got there I was charged 400+ for tax coz booking.com did not state it on the final receipt thingy for the booking since they do 'Pay at the Property'.
