Location of the flat was excellent for travel purposes, View from the windows over the river was perfect.

Flat needed updating as it looked a bit tired. Electrics were a bit dodgy. Had a lovely large bathroom with jacuzzi and shower but no wash basin!! Had to shave in kitchen ?

Cute little apartment with a fantastic view! Really comfortable beds and a great shower. There is a spa bath too. The apartment is in a quiet residential area with two small balconies overlooking the river. The host was really friendly and around most mornings if you need anything (he lives downstairs). There is a great restaurant at the end of the road and food shops only a couple of minutes walk away. Rotterdam is lovely and the centre is just over half an hour walk away or you can get a water taxi just down the road (highly recommend- lots of fun)

Sams place is in a great area, close to trains, several AMAZING local restaurants and bars. Sam is also a very lovely host, easy to communicate with, and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. The view is amazing, the apartment is very cosy, hot water works great, everything you need for a comfortable stay in Rotterdam.

Sam is a great host who leaves no rocks unturned. He's super organized and thorough, which makes the whole orocess a breeze. The place is beautiful, super comfy, ideally located. It would be my place of choice whenever I'm back to Rotterdam and I definitely recommend it to anyone.

the excellent location - quiet and tranquil with good views. it was close to shops and transport links both to the centre and to other places.

Sam, the host, is probably one of the best hosts we've encountered. He contacted us multiple times before and during our stay to ask us about everything and make sure everything is in order. The apartment, although old, is very cozy, nice and clean and of course the jacuzzi was a big plus and worked perfectly fine. But do obviously not expect something modern and new. The location is nice, the street is quite calm and it feels very safe. You're 30 minutes away from the big center by foot and way shorter by bike or public transports.

The bathroom is quite cold at all times. Probably due to the fact that the building is a bit old and the windows don't keep the outside temperature completely out. But it's not the worse thing to have.

Sam was an excellent host

There was only one sink in the apartment which meant you had to use the same sunk for brushing your teeth and washing dishes. A minor inconvenience for a weekend stay.

Sam is a great service minded host, the place is clean and cozy, located in a quiet neigbourhood, not so far away from the city life, underground station, etc. When visiting Rotterdam again, i will not look for any other, i will come back.
