Wifi didn’t work.

1) Collecting keys, check in and check out was simple and fuss free. Only downside was there was no counter/people that we could store our bags. We arrived before 12nn and check in was 3pm onwards. End up, we had to pay RM30 to store our bags in a room with the security guard. 2) Our request to extend our check out was accommodated and thankful that we were given a discount. 3) Good location with many cheap eateries around. 4) Very prompt response when our cards didnt work on the 3rd day

1) We stayed 4 nights. Would be good if they offer daily (or at least once in 2 days) cleaning of the floors or at least clear rubbish from the room. After the 2nd day, the floor felt very sticky/dusty. We also had to throw our rubbish of food out of the room else the smell will permeate the apartment. 2) We ran out of toilet rolls and unfortunately, the staff already knocked off for the day when we messaged them. So we had to wait until the next day to get them. Good thing was we didnt have to remind them of this request, pretty good follow up action.

Good size. Bigger than average hotel rooms. Spacious for 3 adults

Did not set up extra bed for 3rd person. We already in contact by WhatsApp before arrival. They knew we are 3 persons, yet when we checked in the room past midnight, the extra bed is not set up. My son had to sleep on the couch, no sheets, no blankets.

The Floor is slippery

Really the stay on "D'Majestic" s satisfating ! The positio n of building s easy at to the center town and the restaurants around the area makes the possibility of stay well! Good room, good location, perfect view from the pool, easy process of the check in, wi fi is good, that is very important for people who work. Will come again

Quite Modern room, quite clean, self checkin working well, if communicated early enough via WhatsApp. Nice Pool, off course.

No lobby, only WhatsApp for assistance. But worked alright. Consider waiting times of several hours for reply. So ask early enough! Pool times could be longer, at least to 11pm.

Could have been managed better, minus the stress while in another country as we were traveling in Vietnam before arriving in Kuala Lumpur, we did request a late check-in (way in advance) due to the flight arriving in KLIA will be passed 7 o'clock. We have to actively connect to Saifu for information on how to get the key to the building.

We were horrified that the place is infested with cockroaches, be they big or small, especially around the kitchen and under the sink. We were hesitant to open any cupboard above shoulder levels to avoid any cockroaches falling on our chest or face. We had booked a solid seven days stay but were given a single half-used toilet roll. They could have provided more rolls and could have charged for the extra. We ended up purchasing a pack of 12 rolls from the supermarket nearby when we just needed two extra rolls for the long stay. To cater to tourists/travelers, D'Majestic by Widebed could have factored in that not all cultures are used to the habit of using the toilet hose for their toilet breaks. No face tissues and hand towels either, which was disappointing, they don't cost much but are necessary items around a home away from home. So much room for improvement.

The location was nearby to the destinations that we intended to go. Moreover, the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The room has exceeded our expectations in the good way.

I wish the room was out of pests and the surrounding of the hotel were a bit cleaner.

The bar and rooftop pool although small were lovely.

The showers are dangerous. Unsafe electric fittings in each one. Advertised as central location on booking.com and it was nost certainly not. No toiletries or a decent hairdryer as advertised.

The pool & views were really nice. The staff we dealt with were polite & helpful.

The 1st room we had should not have been allowed to be let out due to the infestation of cockroaches I'm not talking 4 or 5 this was 50 plus, this was upsetting and is dangerous due to the bacteria they carry really disappointing. When I spoke to the manager the next morning we were moved. No hot water in either room. Cancelled our planned return.

Just the check in process, I had ni Internet or Malaysian sim card so it was hard to check in

The location is superb, easily accesible to restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Downstairs there is a 7 11. Everything is very reasonable. Near to Berjaya Times Square. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Apartments are comfy, clean and tidy. High security locks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended.

The swimming pool was under repair so my family and I couldn't go swim but it's understandable.
