This was a great vacation rental! There were a couple minor issues that I believe will be fixed. The location is great, but if you are traveling during the on-season, you probably won’t have any parking. The pool and access to Croc’s was fantastic! We didn’t hear other people in the complex other than some construction during the day. The service was great and overall I highly reccomend!

The Condo is Beautiful, high-quality decor & furnishings, bedding comfortable, but the CLEANINESS was not up to par - floors in rooms dusty, both bathroom faucets not cleaned thoroughly, shower floors dirty with dark hair strands and Master bedroom fan - extremely loud on the lowest setting-unable to sleep with fan. Housekeeping services are not included. There’s no Room Service available via the Croc’s Resort!!!

Right I’m the beach , pool , walking disnce to a good place to eat . Nice have washer and dryer , good internet . Scarlet McCaws flew by every afternoon plus hundreds of small green parrots . Walked down the beach towards the rocks and saw c monkeys and sloths late in the afternoon . Jaco has the reputation of being a party place but we had no issues as a family vacation place . Plenty to do or not to do .

Beautiful Condo at a Great Location
Beautiful, well-equipped condo with a huge patio providing full ocean view and fabulous sunsets. From beginning to end our host Roger Obando provided great service - very responsive! We loved the location with full access to Crocs next door when we wanted a larger pool, music, and a full-service bar. It's also walkable to town. We stayed at The Palms many times and this is the best condo yet!

Beautiful place, beautiful trip
We stayed at this condo for 9 wonderful days. The place is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Ana was very helpful and the gate keepers and reception ladies were so friendly and helpful with all of our many questions. The pool at Crocs was a great place to hang out and the beach is spectacular! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Great view from the balcony, easy access to the beach. Condo was beautiful, decor was amazing! Loved the convenience of kitchen and washer/dryer. Would not waste $$ on a rental car since parking in Jaco is impossible and taxis are cheap. Security staff very friendly and helpful.

Great way to get away
It was very easy working withVRBO to get a great place to stay in Costa Rica. The property was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on the website. Very clean and comfortable and the ocean view was gorgeous.

I would not change anything except adding a deadbolt on the front door. Otherwise, it is my second time here and I will return again. Great location and very comfortable.

Wow! What a view!
The condo was better than I expected. So large, so clean and equipped with everything you could need and more. I love the fact you can go next door to the casino and their beautiful pool or stay in our own complex at a more quiet pool. Then there's the gorgeous beach with the awesome waves hitting the large rock formations...so beautiful. When I come back, I will stay there again!

The Palms
This is gorgeous appartment with an outstanding view and amenities. Your stay gives you access to the Croc's swimming pool which is the best in town. The appartment is fully equipped, well decorated and very comfortable overall.

Fantastic for needed R&R
A buddy and I needed a break from Ohio and work. Beautiful apartment. Gorgeous views. Nice beds. Great kitchen. Everything we could have wanted. Everyone on site was very accommodating. We met up with a couple local friends in Costa Rica. The Crocs next door (facilities available to guests at the Palms) has become quite expensive. I stayed at Crocs in 2015 - prices there have skyrocketed. While expensive, the gift shop at Crocs is convenient. Especially when a guest wants an unexpected beer or something of that nature. Otherwise, shoot into town. The only negative is parking.. There are only 6 spots available at the Palms. One was available when we unloaded and loaded the car. All other times we found we needed to park at the relatively muddy lot down the road. Parking is not simple in Jaco, so even the muddy lot was not too terribly bad all things considered. The Palms is on the beach way north of town. A rental car is very convenient. Taxis are not problem and are always easily available via the valets at Crocs. Overall, we could not have asked for better.

Pura vida! ( pure life)
The apartment 603 view was beautiful. The pool was clean and I like that it was never crowded, the mere fact that you can also enjoy the resort makes it a great place to be. Security and cleaning lady are very nice polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend and come back ( just make the check in time more flexible, i mean if the apartment is clean and ready and I came early LET US IN! It was 100 degrees out there)

Amazing Oceanfront Condo in Jaco!
This unit has a large oceanfront lanai that gets shade all day long and has 2 ceiling fans in the overhang that, along with a nice oceanfront breeze, keeps the lanai comfortable in 85 degree weather. A beautiful sunset is visible each evening from the lanai. The unit itself is spacious, well stocked and decorated, and has fast WIFI. There are comfortable King beds in each bedroom along with flat screen TV's with cable ( there is also a big flat screen TV with cable in the living room). There is 24 hr security and the grounds are immaculate. The swimming pool was never crowded and the water was refreshing, not too cool or too warm. From the condo complex one can walk right onto a beautiful sandy beach. It is a 5 minute drive into the town of Jaco where there was an abundance of nice places to eat, supermarkets, your offices, and of course the usual tourist shopping. We felt very safe in both the unit and the town. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of waves breaking was a real treat! We had a great vacation in Jaco and this condo at the Palms was superb!!

Absolutely amazing place.
I loved everything about this place... everything was fully stocked from an ice cream maker to 8 different remote controls for all your electronics and boards for riding the waves. I would highly highly recommend this place and would return in a heartbeat. Great location, quiet and so comfortable. If your going to jaco this is the place to stay!!!!

This oceanfront condo has beautiful views all day everyday and the sunsets are spectacular. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping make this location very user friendly. We loved it and we'll be back.

Amazing Condo
Great home away from home. Property has all the amentities you’ll need (bathroom essentials, kitchen supplies/utensils, towels, coolers, everything). Great stay and would stay 100 times over. Vacasa is also very easy to work with and keeps the propert in great shape!
