The owner has zero customer care. tried to open our door without permission at 12 midnight and only identified themselves as owner after we threatened to call the cops despite asking for identity twice. Had no water to bath and told us to jump in the pool as she can't do anything about her guesthouse not having water.

Best BnB in Durban. Always my home away from home 🥰👏. Sea views, quick access to shops and restaurants galore. The owner and staff are absolutely friendly 🥰

Breakfast was ordinary. The spa bath did not work The bath water was cold. The shower had warm water in morning but not in evenings

We stayed for 2 days. They didn’t clean for us. The parking is very small, we had to park opposite the street. When we booked they said we can see the sea but we couldn’t from our room. The breakfast is very limited, we had to choose the previous day.

with that money I could have found lot more better sea view property/ hotels. Breakfast was literally not ok- like you have to feed your stomach on the morning. only few options were there. who charged for water bottles when you arrived sad. on website it says 5 star but for me it was 1*

The staff there was friendly, room was neat and with very comfortable bed, the bathroom was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

The suite we had was very roomy excellent shower room, balcony, linen changed almost daily . Breakfast was very good.

The car park, parking took a bit of care and working out but we managed .

Electricity was down on arrival and rooms extremely hot due to aircons being down

We booked the presidential suite but got a standard room instead Our sheets were not changed for the period of our stay even though they were stained We had to go across the road to have breakfast, the alternative room that was given to us was across the road from the main guesthouse No refund given for standard room even though we paid for presidential
