Good food and location. 3 separate pools. Beach is nearby. Under the sea, there are rocks, but if you will be gentle during landing, you will be fine. Staff were exceptional!

Initially, we were assigned to ground floor with no sea view but after we asked for another room, staff were kind to give us another bigger room so I am grateful.

Food is great, infrastructure is nice. Closeness to the sea. Wifi coverage at the entire site is excellent!

Room is a little bit shabby, it is old property, but everything is ok, no problem. A little bit noisy because of traffic outside. Our room was located next to traffic

هتل بسیار خوبی بود در دامنه قیمت متوسط. کیفیت غذا و به خصوص مدیریت شف جهانگیر خوب بود‌. از نظر تمیزی و راحتی بسیار خوب بود. از نظر برنامه های سرگرمی هم بسیار خوب بود . در کل همه نططر احساس راحتی و آسایش برای یک سفر تفریحی داشت

Omg I don't know where to start , everything was perfect they go miles for your comfort and happiness. I like to thank Mehmet at the main door and another gentleman. I have never been treated and looked after in any hotel The manager (dont know his name)allowed the door men to walk me places because it was hard to take taxis to make sure I am safe and when I lost my charger they send me a new one Also Birkan thank you alot also the manager thank you alot

I stayed in Labrand for almost 3 weeks. All staff, location, room, cleaning, services, activities were top. I will definitely be back next year for vacation. The restaurant offers a varied cuisine every day. Hotel has own beach.

There was no air con at first 2 nigjts, i couldnt slepp at all. After complaining to booking it was switched back. Its a central air con, can not set temperature and no remote so needs to get up at night if you want to switch it on or off. As i diabetic i found it bad that soft drink are not available with breakfast, sugary juices only. Proper orange juice is for extra. See is cold because of the river and waves are far too big to be enjoyable. Slides are gtreat but doesnt run all day.

I liked restaurant. Food was very good. Every evening special theme of the food. Chefs day was the best and I even got blended food for my 7 month old baby. Swimming pools was good. Rabbits, cats and chicken around the territory got our kids very exited.

Only some of the personal were speaking English. Most of them speak only Turkish or German. Kids program was not attractive. During the day everything were made not by kids but ready made for kids. So kids were not involved in a crafting process. There were evening program for kids where they were dancing and singing same songs every evening only costume of personal were changed day to day. There was no selection of non alcohol drinks like non alcohol wine, beer or sider... only 3 non alcohol coctails and soft drinks. Slides at the swimming pool were working just few hours during the day and we manage to try it just ones during 5 days vocation.

Cleanliness, staff, room was spacious. Food was also generally good.

Some renovation is absolutely needed. It's very German-oriented (which isn't very bad), but for other nongerman speakers, it might be a drawback.

Nice property with cute cats and rabbits. Beach area is large, it's easy to find sunbeds all the time. Staff is friendly. Wi-Fi was really good in the room. Superior Double Family Room is more than big enough for two people, the bed was a bit too soft. The balcony has a limited seaview, the screen-door and the clothes rack is very useful. Bathroom is very spacious the water is warm and the water pressure is great. Food is OK, they have different "themes" for the days, so it's not always the same food. Almost all the places are outdoors so during lunch it's too warm. Everything was clean. There is a supermarket (BIM) close to the hotel and the bus stop is also very close.

There are quite large rocks in the water in the beach, you have to be careful. First I was happy that there are sunbeds on the grass in between the trees, but there are lots of birds there. I had more bird poop accidents in this single week than in my whole life. Taxi was 35 EUR from Gazipasa airport to the Hotel. When I asked for a taxi after checkout, they called some fancy-looking taxi which was 50 EUR to the airport. No outlets next to the bed, and the light switches are placed very illogically.

The hotel is located in a large parked area unlike many other seaside hotels in Alanya. Food and drinks are (almost) non-stop with a huge choice and in good quality. They have lots of attention on it. Good entertainment.

Beach/sea is not suitable for smaller children. There is constant waving and water is very rush. There are more pebbles than sand and there are huge rocks in the water. The top of the water is pretty cold as Dim is just flowing into the sea next to the hotel. Pools are unfortunately undersized and crowdy most of the time. The waterslopes are limited for 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Rooms are not really comfortable. Unfortunately there is big noise also, mainly from the corridors having echo and amplified on the walls.
