Great location, airport and Venice is near from it

Dirty towels with blood stains on it, dirty pillowcases. Ac was noisy we could not sleep well

The host was very help with our late arrival and also helping us get a taxi to and ftom airport. Very quick to response to emails. Made a video showing exactly how to get into building and room.

Excellent customer service from Hasan. Not only he made sure we stay comfortable in the property but also he guided us with additional information of how to reach and enjoy Venice. It made our life very easy and we covered all the major attractions in Venice. I would highly recommend this property for staying.

Hasam was really friendly, helpful & happy. He arranged the taxi & even walked us to the pick up point. The venue you lacked toiletries, but was clean & adequate. The area had a lot to be desired.

The location. It was accessible to bus stops and there was a Lidl store nearby.

The fridge wasn’t working and the area was a bit isolated.

The staff were very nice. They were know the best ways to get around in the city. If you are looking for a nice place to stay than you've found it.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. ITs next to a cute gelato shop. As well as a pizza place. Make sure to hit the buzzer to let them know youve arrived.

A good location but a bit hard to find and get into the first time. Staff had good information for the local bus.

It would be nice to have staff in the office for longer hours.

Bathroom was clean and well maintained. We arrived and the keys and directions were left with for us.

Communication with manager/owner was slow and not very responsive. We were told there would be a shuttle to the airport- as far as we know, it never arrived. We almost missed our flights home :(

The accommodation was very great, very close to the bus station where the bus stopped directly to/from the airport and to/from the centre. I really appreciate the communication and the staff, who were very friendly - they allowed us the late check-in and luggage storage. Thank you!

Though no staff overnight, but arrangement for all keys made available for ones convinience. Will advice someone is always around whenever guests are in the house

The property is very well located and is easy to access by bus and train from Treviso airport. Our host is very friendly and attentive to details. Our room was clean when we arrived and our beds were made the day we went to visit the city. The beds are super comfy by the way. The owner also has a small sandwich and ice cream shop, with super fresh and tasty ingredients. I highly recommend!

Personal helped us to solve the problem with booking payment and arrived at 10 PM to handle. Non big, but comfortable room to be able to sleep, and take shower. Close to the airport. We used as a sleeping place to sleep well and arrive airport pretty fast.

I believe it is overpriced but looks like it is planned to be expensive for such a purpose. Booking.com lags with card change if it required during error while payment taken and impossible to solve problem - no authorization for new card going.

staff was. wry helpful helping us with our transportation to the airport. Property was very clean and on a quite area. Venice was a quick bus ride away.

We booked a night at the hotel after the airline cancelled our flight. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is run by a very nice family who went out of their way to make sure we were happy and even went so far as to drive us to the airport the next morning once the airline advised we needed to be there earlier than planned due to an overbooked flight. The family also have a cafe and gelato store at the hotel which serves authentic Italian gelato and is delicious!

There was no plug for the bathtub, but the staff did try to find one and were very apologetic.

Picked this hotel as it was equal distance between airport and Venice. It is a family run business. Staff were exceptional. We enjoyed time visiting with the family. They helped us manoeuvre around and into Venice as we were new to the area. Arranged taxi to the airport. Enjoyed the coffee, cappuccino's, wine and gelato bar downstairs from the rooms. Clean quiet place perfect for our needs.
