the windows didn’t open so it was 28C in the room. the shower had mold.

The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The two male staff members on in the evening of the 26/08 were really helpful. Made us very welcome chatted about what are plans were, gave us tips on where to go and things to do. Rooms were comfortable location was perfect The location is perfect for the city and it is a short drive to Great Yarmouth so spent the day there also.

No car electric charging points at the hotel. We were lucky that we have a hybrid car. The gym plays music early which disturbed my sleep on the Sat ( I am a light sleeper ). But It didn't happen on the Sunday. If you ask for rooms that are on the left further away from the gym that would be good if you also are a light sleeper. The music did not disturb my children's sleep though

Woefully understaffed on a Sunday evening. The one person was doing a grand job but there needed to be at least three of her. Long line of tutting, frustrated customers.
