The standout attraction was definitely the Spa downstairs. Wow. Above and beyond. The Club Room was also a great addition but the Spa downstairs was the best we've seen in awhile!

Maybe Parking could've been a bit better. Overall there was more to like than dislike so it was okay.

The hotel is ok, but there are good and not good things to report. There was no one at the reception gate to take the suitcases. I have to say that I arrived in the evening around 8 p.m. However, the employees were professional and nice. Fitness center Here I have to say, absolutely the best facilities I have ever seen in a 5 star hotel. Unbelievable good! For food, only room service was appealing. You have a good view about Izmir from the Rooms.

Big deficit for me The rooms were disappointing. The equipment is very outdated. The doors and the wooden paneling show traces of the 20-year-old hotel (previously a different name). Armchair in the room has stains, no go. See image. Carpets in the hallway also stained. Bathroom also small and dated. But the rooms were all clean. On the day of departure, at 12 p.m., I wanted to use the pool until 4 p.m., but I had to pay a fee of 750 lire, which is about 20 euros, also a no go. For information/location: The hotel is not right in the center, a little further away. It's difficult to get there by train, you need a taxi to the center. There are costs that arise again.

A little outdated

The lobby, the receptionists, the facilities, everything was as expected. The location, while outside the city center, was next to the sea and had plenty restaurants around it. Also, it's conveniently located next to a large hypermarket/department store where you can buy everything at rather low prices. Especially if you travel by car and need a fast exit out of the city this is the hotel to choose. The inner city hotels would easily add 30min or so to your travel.

Don't touch the minibar. They don't display the prices for a reason. Even by hotel standards they are over the top. Just take a 5 min walk to the hypermarket next door and buy whatever you desire at 10% the cost of the minibar :).

Annemle beraber Gala gecesine katıldım yerli içki sınırsız dediler ancak Gala gecesi yeni rakı hariç diğer rakılar hepsinin ekstra olduğunu söylediler kendimde turizm sektöründe yıllarca müdür olarak çalıştığıma rağmen bir anlam veremedim üstelik rakıyı cam bir şişenin içinde ne olduğu belli olmayan bir şeyin içinde servis ettiler böylesi 5 yıldızlı international Hotele hiç yakışmadığını düşünüyorum

Friendliness of staff Cleanliness Facilities

Stayed afternoon by the pool after check out at 12 as was waiting to be collected at 5. Had stayed 2 nights and not arrived first night until ten pm. Was disappointed that I had to pay to stay at the pool for the afternoon as I was a guest. I’ve not experienced this at other 5 star hotels where as a hotel guest I have always been able to stay poolside until the end of the day.

Great room, great view, fabulous spa facilities. Really comfortable beds.

Breakfast was really expensive so we didn't do it. They wanted to charge my 8 year old child full price for breakfast.
