The breakfast was delicious and included hot food. The room very comfortable and great views of the mountains. The spa was lovely after long days hiking. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and cleaning crew. Shuttle service offered with a very helpful and friendly driver. Great spa facilities, clean and quiet. Nice turndown service.

Close to main road. No proper A/C in the room. Limited outside parking which was always full, because the big underground parking lot requires payment. Limited hours for swimming pool facilities.

Was upgraded to the suite and it was amazing. The spa is welcoming and well equipped. Breakfast was also great! Great fresh fruits and a verity of cheeses, hams etc.. would definitely recommend

The spa is nice, pool is ~28 Celsius. Two saunas that are both great. Easy parking and complete breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Rooms 10, 11, 20, 21 are above the kitchen and will vibrate + constant noise all day and night unless you ask the kitchen to turn off the fan. We had to change rooms at midnight because it felt like sleeping on a plane. Lots of other devices in the room make uncomfortable noise like the fridge or the lights in the closet (?). The breakfast/dinner is in the basement without windows, feels a bit claustrophobic.

I love this location and I love the people I meet, I couldn't start any other way! Great location, beautiful surroundings and superb hospitality at its best. I have great admiration for this hotel and what they offer, their hospitality is of the highest level I have ever encountered in Italy and I must mention that I visit Italy 7.8 times a year.. When I arrived at hotel I just found out I received a free upgrade.. our room, should I say apartment, was divine... the living room, a gorgeous living room with a view of the mountains, with a superb interior design, typical of the Alps in a modern, welcoming and elegant. design. . the bedroom, where I had a second balcony, overlooking the spa and the surrounding nature, elegant, clean, comfortable, welcoming... I was deeply impressed. The food was excellent as was the service. On leaving, I wanted to thank them and say goodbye to everyone, because I want to mention that you can't leave these exemplary people with goodbye and good day, I wanted to raise a glass to absolutely everything offered and to thank accordingly, deeply grateful for the services rendered. Again, everything was from home, the kindness and hospitality deeply amazed me and I will never choose another place in the Dolomites. I admire you for what you do, thank you for what you have offered me and I can't wait to come back.

The staff was amazingly kind. They helped us with our hiking plans and information placed around the hotel. The spa was excellent with 2 saunas, a warm swimming pool and many places to relax, which was very important after long days of trekking. The breakfast was very rich and tasty, The center of the town is within 15 minutes walk or 5 min. driving.
