Resepsiyondaki kadın çok suratsızdı.ilgisizdi.yerler pis temizlik yapılmamış ,banyo da kadın kılları yerlerdeydi.kahvaltı diye bir tabakta beklemiş azıcık bir yiyecek verdiler berbattı.Konum olarak ekstra taksi parası verileceğini herkese hatırlatırım..Ana yol kenarı olduğu için araç sesleri geliyordu ve oda da rüzgar sirkülasyonu vardı.heryer kapalı ama rüzgar vardı gece çok üşüdüm bornoz ile yattım .klima sıcak çalışmıyordu.ayrıca en önemlisi kredi kart makineleri çalışmıyordu.defalarca denedik çekmedi.başka yerlerde aynı kartlarla çekim yaptığımı hatırlatayım

it was super dirty and cigarettes smell all over hotel. Drunk and impolite staff. Horrible!! don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Free Airport drop off on time. Room is spacious. Comfy bed. Stayed only for few hours before going to airport.

Failed to call me for wake up. Lack of courtesy of front office staff. A guest expect welcome gesture from the host. Difficult to communicate with restaurant staff since they can not speak and understand English language. Not much dish for Vegetarian guest. Seems to be bit far from the main city area.

The hotel exceeding my expectations: clean, quiet, comfortable room; free shuttle from and to the airport; very nice breakfast buffet; and above all, a very attentive and helpful staff.

The only downside is the distance to the city center, which requires a taxi ride that runs 1,000 to 2,000 tenge, depending on the traffic. That said, I would happily stay at this hotel again.
