The location of Hostal Regina is right in the centre of CDMX, and the whole place was just beautifully decorated, being they really took time to provide a good wholesome Hostal with various common rooms for people to chill and meet each other. The best of all was the staff, who were truly friendly and provided us with the best recommendations!

The Hostal is right in the city centre, so it can be a little noisy, given it's always full of people and has a bar downstairs too. Aside from that, in the winter, CDMX can become a bit cold, and there was only a blanket to cover ourselves.

La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno es muy sabroso, el ruido si hay pero ya sabía porque tomé información del lugar de antemano, pues estamos en el mero centro y el lugar es muy atractivo para turistas y lugareños.

probablemente que el desayuno sea mas consistente aunque se cobrara un poco mas, porque salimos de ahí directo a una conferencia y no teniamos tiempo de ordenar a la carta ni de ir a otro lugar.

Ostello molto accogliente e staff molto positivo. Ci hanno accolto con drink e tante info. Camera molto grande ed estremamente pulita. Davvero un atmosfera unica nel suo genere. Ci ritornerò sicuramente se verrò a CDMX nuovamente.

Abbiamo fatto check out alle 530 si mattina e non c era acqua calda, ma credo sia stato solo un caso. Il resto tutto perfetto.

El personal es lo más destacado del hostal. Y la relación calidad/precio.

Por las noches y en las madrugadas había mucho ruido de afuera y no dejaba dormir bien. También pienso que el acceso a huéspedes está muy accesible para todo el mundo. Las duchas deberían tener mayor privacidad, las separaciones de madera entre ducha y ducha no tapan del todo.

The decoration of the hostel is very nice and creative. Location is good: a walk away from zocalo and nearby nice areas like Roma Norte with a cab. The room for a couple is basic but clean and the high ceiling makes the room bigger as it is, which is pleasant.

The bed is small and short for tall people. Breakfast is modest with one or two taco’s with mushrooms and some pieces of fruit.

Private room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast and few free dinners were small but nice. Really cool design.

WiFi was terrible, only for being able to connect to the free city WiFi would have been badly stuck

The location is brilliant and the building itself is beautifully decorated. The room was huge and airy with a great fan. The breakfasts were fantastic and really exceeded expectations. The shared toilets and showers were always spotless. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant downstairs had some lovely dishes. One of the nicest places we've stayed in while travelling this year.

The construction next door started quite early with banging and drilling on to our wall. One night they were shovelling grit on the street at 11/12 at night which was a bit irritating.

We had a private room and it was huge and felt like a fancy hotel room. We had a balcony overlooking the city and the beds were really comfortable. They have the option for them to come in and clean the rooms, change bedding and towels etc. The breakfast was different each day and was traditional Mexican inspired food. They have things happening in the evenings such as a free cocktail, food, pizza etc to get people together.

It didn't have many communal areas to chill in other than the kitchen.

our room looked nothing like the picture it was small drab and needed a goof deep clean. The staff were hit and miss sometimes friendly and help full and sometimes extremely disinterested. when you check in the try and make you were this plastic band round your wrist which I didn’t really like

Big and comfortable room with two large double beds. Very welcoming and helpful staff! Good facilities and very clean. Great location too. Overall, really good value for money.

It was a bit noisy one of the nights but that can't be helped when you're in a central location surrounded by lots of bars

One of my favorite hostels I have ever stayed in. Everyone there was super friendly and kind. Everyone was very helpful. Breakfast was also delicious and Cafe de olla has easily become my one of my favorites. Enjoyed my time very much
