It was second time we stayed at this hotel. it’s our favorite hotel in Vielha. Everything was great as usual. But the most important the atmosphere and personal that makes you feel like home. Thank you, and see you in the winter💖

We have stayed before. It is a very nice hotel and the breakfast is an experience.

The breakfast was a buffet last time we stayed and was more dramatic. The rooms are beautifully decorated but the bathrooms need some attention. Very hot rooms at this time with no cooling. At 6am. we were disturbed by a delivery wagon outside the hotel with lots of door slamming and banging.

Breakfast was stunning. An absolute experience served up by wonderful staff!

This hotel is a little gem. We loved it all. Starting with the welcome received from Sofia to the amazing breakfast everything was great.

Pointless question as we liked everything!

The hotel is nice, the room we had was well equipped and large - we might have gotten an upgrade. But the original one also looked really good on the photos. The bathroom was very nice. We arrived pretty late but there was someone waiting for us at the reception desk. The breakfast deserves a seperate section onto itself. It must be a Basque thing, as the only one we had that can remotely compete with it was also in Basque country. Getting breakfast at this hotel you feel like in a Michelin restaurant. It consists of several dishes, each original, beautiful and served in an intricate way. The lady also explaine what is what. Everything was really tasty. When we were finished we regretted coming too late to get dinner. We might return just for the food.

The hotel is in the center of town, so you will not park right under it. If you don't want to carry stuff or it is cold you need to drive up to the hotel, pack out everything and then back out into the main street and look for a spot. We arrived late, so the one place where the spots were plentiful was near a hospital a few hundred meters away. Not a huge hassle though, more of a short walk.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, in an excellent location in the centre of the town. lots of restaurants and bars very close by. The staff are attentive and very friendly

It’s purely personal but we found the breakfast a little fussy, so many different little dishes and curious mixes for breakfast. But it is exceptional and impressive the time and attention to detail they put into it.

in general everything was amazing! but especially I’d like to thank perfect service of personal, they are so helpful and sweet! And breakfast!! it’s the best hotel breakfast that we have ever had. so big and tasty. Whole variety of meals.

Return trip. Furnishings and decorations are nice. The breakfast is outstanding and definitely a winner. 9 courses served to your table in a well decorated, light, cosy room with a lovely ambience.

Our double room was 2 beds put together and no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities.

The breakfast was an extraordanary surprise. We were greated with a multi-course meal which was served to our table. The food was a wide variety of delicious things like fresh juice, cheeses, meat, eggs, pancakes, ... It was a great way to start the day!

The town is beautiful, the hotel is located on the main square, very beautiful from the outside and inside, have lots of cozy things with small details that making it even better. The highlight is the breakfast that was outstanding! Great value for the price. Highly recommended.

Nice cosy small hotel in the centre of town, very convenient for a stopover or as a base to explore the region. Nicely decorated and comfy room, and a truely excellent copious breakfeast. Very good value for money

Bathroom a bit old fashioned (but fully functional)

The location of the hotel is very good, restaurants, some shops and supermarket close by. Parking not directly at the hotel but sufficient (public) parking within a few minutes walking distance. The breakfast is excellent!

The decor of the rooms will not be for everybody’s taste and all the decoration leaves for little room to put your belongings. The beds (at least in room 113) are small.

Great place, the owner and her family are simply wonderful for kindness and hospitality.
