Die Betten waren zu hart. Die Batterinen der Remote Control waren leer, habe neue besorgt.
Die Spühlung einer Toilette läuft permanent, ein Abfluss von Waschbecken ist kurz vor der Verstopfung

Des and Anne were very helpful and kind hosts.
The location was ideal as it is very close to Green Park.
The facilities were clean and excellent.

OK for a short stay, with great hosts.
Bedroom window had to be closed all the time due to traffic noise, and toilet making noises (due to a fault) throughout the night. I would not call this a luxury apartment, but it was better than average if it was decorated, and cleaned to a higher standard. Bedroom lamps, surfaces were dusty, and walls all marked with doors really needing a paint. Shower still had remnants of the last person who used it. Balcony had to be cleaned before we could sit on it, with windows so dirty you couldn't see out of them. Too noisy to sit out for long due to vehicles at all hours.

The location was perfect, not too far away from the wedding venue. The accommodation was perfect, easily accessible, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. And the secure underground parking was an added bonus.

lovely modern apartment. comfortable beds. every is there we needed but need more toiletries like shampoo, shower gel and conditioner as they were only for 2 people for 1 day. there were 4 of us and for 2 nights.

Filmsy utensils. Needs added couple of bowls, plates, forks, spoons etc as they only have 4 set bowl, plate etc. Mugs were fine.

The apartment was luxurious (two bathrooms!), modern and spacious. Convenience store nearby. The host was super friendly and had provided some basic breakfast food, which was a nice gesture.
The apartment overlooked a road which was quite busy 24 hours a day. It was still very hot from a heatwave two days prior to our arrival, and it took three nights to cool down at all. Opening the windows is not an option at night because of the busy road. Even with the windows closed the noise was disturbing. One of the beds creaks awfully loudly, even when you so much as turn a little.

Comfortable, modern apartment. Convenient and pleasant walk along the canal to get to the town centre (about 2 miles) and easy access from the motorway. We were greeted with a friendly welcome. And the host was able to accomodate our requirements.

To be critical - the dining table and chairs could have been of better quality and more substantial. the apartment, particularly the kitchen (cooker and oven) could have been cleaner and there was a definite shortage of kitchen (cooking) utensils.

Lovely location, added bonus of a balcony as the weather was really hot it was nice to sit out on it for meals. Great underground parking which kept the car cool which was great especially for over a very hot weekend. Anne who met us at the property was very professional. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would definitely stay again.

We brought our own breakfast. The provided bread and butter would have been adequate. We brought our own coffee etc. The provided coffee etc would have been ok.
The apartment was not very clean. We accept that during current circumstances, this could be difficult to maintain, but obvious lack of cleaning was hard to ignore.
