Beautiful historic property simple but elegant rooms. Great location, at the edge of town and all the activities but in a quiet location.

There was no breakfast served. It would be nice for the price you pay per room. This was the only hotel that did not offer breakfast on our 3-week trip staying at 4 other properties.

This hotel is in a beautiful, soulful building in the perfect location. Onsite parking was a plus, but a bit tight on the corners- the staff are happy to help spot you into the spaces if needed. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, with some nice extra amenities like coffee pods in the room, in case you can't quite make it the two doors down to the cafe next door. This location was fantastic- very slightly tucked away from the busiest parts of the historic center, but an easy, if sometimes hilly, walk to great food, historic sights, and the hustle and bustle of el centro.

We could hear some nighttime music that ended before 11pm or 12am, to be expected on a Friday and Saturday night in as tourist-focused a part of the city as this. With windows that close and wood shutters behind that, it was manageable- bring ear plugs if you're sensitive.

The family room with balcony was very spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the city. Bed was comfortable and location was great! Most landmark places were about a 5-9 minute walk.

Could hurt to get some better towels

Everything. The shower was gigantic and beautiful, you could relax and look out onto the beautiful view that is Guanajuato. The rooms and the hotel was superbly decorated. The staff was so helpful, the manager Ricardo could not have been more accommodating. Our flight was canceled going into leon and we had to be rerouted into aguacalinetes 2 hours north. He helped arrange our driver to still come get us. Amazing. Amazing Amazing Amazing What a value and what a beautiful establishment.

View from the room, cozy balcony, jacuzzi, location (close from the center). The staffs are very kind, nice and attentive. Coffee machine (using pods) was nice. The room was very spacious.

Having breakfast at the hotel would be nice - there wasn't very convenient breakfast place nearby early in the morning.

The water tank of the Toilet needed 24 minutes to refill, but since it was Saturday, it could not be repaired.

I took advantage of remote working and went to Guanajuato to get away from my city and experience Mexican culture. There are 13 rooms named after different birds in this restored colonial home. The staff went beyond expectations to make sure that I had an optimal place to work from and conduct my online meetings that was not in my room since I was waking up very early and didn't want to disturb my spouse. Each room has complimentary water and a Nestle automatic coffee dispenser. The bathrooms had typical colonial tiles and some of the suites had jacuzzi-type bathtubs. The view from our room overlooked this colorful city. They have their own parking within the hotel which is great because it is impossible to park on the street. Just pull up to the front of the hotel gate and pull the bell. The staff will stop traffic and guide you where to park within.

It would have been nice to have the restaurant open, however, the hotel recently reopened and were not prepared to open the indoor restaurant.
