It was right in Guanajuato, easy to navigate and a quiet, lovely boutique. We booked the Master Suite and it had a lovely balcony area above the courtyard. The pool and sky bar had wonderful views and it was a lovely trip. The included breakfast for us was also quite delicious.

Like most places in Guanajuato, there is no place to park/pullover near the hotel. It made for a slightly stressful and eventful loading/unloading process. My wife’s parents room was also incredibly small, so be weary of what you book. It was essentially a small closet off the main hallway with no windows and a bed. This room was marginally cheaper than our master suite so it is important to double check your booking before finalizing.

Everything was top-notch, from friendly and extremely helpful staff to gorgeous cafeteria and on-site restaurant.

The pool was not heated enough for a late-night swim. However, after a while, my body adjusted to it so it was still relaxing.

Gorgeous hotel with stunning rooftop infinity pool and views, feels high end and charming. Comfortable bed, great wifi, TV with English channels. Very professional and helpful staff.

Very comfortable well-appointed clean quiet room off a large multi-story interior courtyard with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. Our room had a private rooftop deck overlooking the city, a wonderful place to sit and relax. The location is very convenient, the historic city center is right outside this wonderful boutique hotel's front door. The staff was all welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

The Wifi was poor, the service only worked about half the time of our 4-night stay and the hotel staff did not seem concerned. Luckily a coffee shop just down the street had fast and free wifi.

Wifi connection was not very strong service was on and off. There was an issue with the hot water and you can no longer have drinks at the pool.

the rooms were great as were the breakfast/lunch and dinner places. the sky bar gave you a super view of the city

they played music too loud and our room was right next to the courtyard where they played the music. we had to ask them a couple of times to turn in down. we also ordered an expensive wagyu burger which came cold along with the fries. I refused to pay for it and got into an argument with the operations manager. eventually they took it off the bill. they made up for it by giving us a couple of free drinks in the sky at which came as a pleasant surprise

This place was perfect! The location is great, and the facilities are beautiful. Rooms are spacious and well organized. Highly recommend it to everyone!
