This was our first experience renting this property and it was excellent. All was as it was supposed to be and the agent we dealt with great!

Beautiful property with magnificent views of the Boardwalk, beach, and ocean. My kids loved the rooftop pool! A few minor cosmetic issues such as scuffed walls and such, but overall, a fantastic place!

Excellent location. Bedroom/bathroom with two double beds appeared not as clean as it should have been. Had to clean the sinks and counter top and there were bugs on the floor under the window. Multiple light bulbs needed replaced. Commode in the master bedroom must be leaking water from the tank as every so often it seemed to be running. (Not water on the floor)

Our family had a great trip this weekend at Ocean Mist. I can not say anything negative about this place. The place is huge and plenty of space for a large family. The location is prime only a few steps away from great restaurants. The balcony is the most comfortable balcony we have been on. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers at your rental property in July, 2018. It was very spacious, nicely updated and tastefully decorated. The location oceanfront and on the boardwalk was excellent. We did have some noise from the shops below but having the TV on easily took care of that issue. The beach and boardwalk were easily accessible around the side street, the parking accommodated 2 full sized trucks and the pool was clean every day and a great place to relax in the afternoon.

This was an absolutely beautiful place. The furnishings were outstanding, the kitchen supplies were excellent and the location was fantastic. The pool was clean. We loved the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean. We had a wonderful time and will return.

We had an awesome week at the Oceans Mist. Management was very attentive to our needs. View from balcony is amazing. Everything is withing walking distance.

The unit we stayed in needs a newer faster router we had extremely slow and intermittent wifi connection to the internet. Cable tv worked well good choice of optional stations. The noise from the shops below us was annoying and they played loud music until 1 am every night. We will request a higher unit next time (we were on the 2nd floor just above the shops). Still overall it was a nice place and great access to the beach and boardwalk.

This is our second season at Ocean's Mist 201 and we'll be coming back next year. We love the condo, it's spacious, clean, good quality furniture and has everything we need. Celeste is always very helpful and responds to me quickly. I have nothing negative to say about the actual condo and I highly recommend it so please do not let my concerns sway you. It's a great place to stay. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the property around the building, the elevator, stairwell and pool. The pool is always an issue. It doesn't seem to filter well. There's always feathers, hair and dirt floating in the water. I always have to complain about it and I don't like to complain. This year the property (other areas of the building) didn't seem as clean as I've seen it. I'd like to see the property manager of the building take more pride in making sure the area around the building and the pool is well maintained. Again, the actual condo itself is very, very nice. We'll see you in 2018.

Trip was wonderful, location is perfect and the room was very spacious and clean for my entire family.

Second time renting this condo. We will be back for a 3rd, 4th and 5th time for sure.

We stayed at this particular condo in 2011 and LOVED it. It had everything one needed and was beautiful. Unfortunately we had to evacuate two days early because of a hurricane so we didn't get to enjoy all seven days. Fast forward to July 2016: When we arrived at the unit this time, things had changed. Instead of 2 shelves full of glasses, there wre only 3 glasses. There were no serving or mixing bowls, and there were fewer cooking and baking utensils. There was a new fridge and living room furniture. The fridge had two broken shelves, and the couch unit, which had a recliner at each end was broken on one end and sagged. It was hard to work and it looked terrible. The toilet paper holders in all 3 bathrooms were either broken or loose. The verticle blinds in the 2 front bedrooms were broken and would not close properly. My husband was able to fix one, but not the other. But the worst part was, when my daughter used the Jacuzzi the first night, the owner of the business below us came up and told us something was leaking water into his business. We called Mr. Bowling's agent, Celeste, and left a message. She got back to us the next day and when we told her all of the issues she got on it immediately. She sent service men to fix things and a plumber to look at the Jacuzzi. She arrived with mixing bowls and new glasses and was shocked at the condition of the furniture as it was new this season. I understand Mr. Bowling had no control over how his unit was treated by others but he should have had someone inspect it each time someone left to make sure it was ready for the next renter. We could have stayed at a place half the price but the Jacuzzi sealed the deal. We payed a LOT of extra money for that feature. I was insulted to receive only a $325.00 refund even though I realize he didn't have to give us anything. I am a semi-invalid. And except for the 3 nights we ate out, I spent my entire vacation in the home. To say I was extremely disappointed, is an understatement. I wrote him a letter explaining my disappointment, but he apparently didn't read it as I got a form email stating that he had issued a partial refund and to check my mail! To top it off, next year there will be less parking as a new tower is being built in half the parking lot. The location was great and the balcony was wonderful but it was hard getting to the beach. You had to go out the back, walk half a block to get to the side street to get to the boardwalk. I never made it.

The master bedroom was nice, the other two bedrooms were so small and overlooked hall to elevator. No nightstand in second bedroom which was very inconvenient, no where to put water or phone or book at night other than the floor. We have not received our deposit back even though we left the place exactly as we left it and owner is not responding. the location was good, pool was small and in the back. No shower off beach. Place is promising but missing so much, especially for the price. should at least have a vaccume for guests to use.

We spent a week at Ocean's Mist 201, July 9-16, 2016. The apartment is gorgeous and very roomy for 7 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 3. The unit is very clean and it was nice to be able to keep up with laundry while being away from home. The kitchen is very modern and spacious, the furniture and beds are very comfortable and clean. Having 2 assigned parking spaces and the extra spot for guests was great! The only downside was the issues with the pool being dirty while we were there but Celeste was very helpful and made phone calls to make sure the issue was addressed quickly. I would like to see a pool net available for guests to be able to use as needed for the feathers and debris missed by the pump. It would be nice if the pool could be a little bigger as it gets really cramped in the evening. Celeste was outstanding, very helpful land quick to reply to all my questions. My family loves OC. I've been coming to OC for 25 years and started bringing my children and parents 8 years ago. We come every year for our family vacation. This was our first year at Ocean's Mist, we will definitely be back. We loved being so close to Sweet Frog and enjoyed evening "people watching" from the large balcony. Overall, the unit, surrounding area and amenities are very nice and well maintained. Reminded me of home and we can't wait to come back next year.

Loved the location. Very nice living room furniture. Helped that the condo had 6 beds. Helpful to have own luggage cart. The wifi connection was very poor.

We were very pleased with this rental. We have rented several condos in OCMD and found this condo to have everything we needed. The furniture was very comfortable as well as the beds. The patio was great for relaxing in the evening and watching the beach and ocean. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for hospitality!

This condo has everything a large family could ask for. The location on the boardwalk was excellent--I could see my family on the beach from the condo if I didn't feel like being in the sun. The place is stunning and immaculate. All the comforts of home are included. Beds are comfy and plenty. We had 11 people and sleeping arrangements were a bit challenging because of the 2 Queen-sized beds being located in the Master. We found this a bit unconventional to have others in the room, but otherwise, I'd say the place is perfect for 7 or 8 people. All of the bathrooms are beautiful and high-end.. The kitchen is roomy and quite nice. You can't beat the balcony, which is huge with two sliders and lots of seating. We LOVE this place and will be back next year.

Your place was the perfect place for five girlfriends all in our middle 60s. We each had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the conviences of 3 full baths. We want to return next year in April when it is a little warmer, although the fire place was nice.

A very lovely and spacious condo! The patio overlooking the boardwalk and ocean was our favorite spot to hang. The patio furniture is super comfy for people watching while drinking coffee or wine. The living room furniture is designed for relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes (not the cheap stuff). Its a big kitchen and well stocked so we cooked. There was a fully stock coffee area. All the floors are tile. Only problem is the sound travels and echoes. The owner purchased their own luggage cart which is a blessing when arriving and departing. The master bedroom has a beautiful ocean view. All the beds are very comfortable with nice comforters (not cheep either). The condo's location is fantastic. Park your car and never drive while vacationing. The bus stop is 1 block down. The doors all have codes so no worries about if you have a key!! We are already planning next years trip!!

It would be impossible not to fall in love with this apartment. The location is perfect, the facility is gorgeous, and Ocean City is the best! Hope to return again and again. It's so convenient to everything on the boardwalk and a great section of the beach. Only wish there were a few more chairs either at the dining room table or a few at the counter as there were 10 of us and only 8 chairs. Other than that, everything was spectacular. And the rental agent was available and responsive and helped us quickly when we needed assistance.. Can't ask for more than that.
