The place, room and staff were just perfect. It is really a lovely place for a great valle. I really recommend the place for a nice and cozy stay.

The only trouble was that Internet wasn't working and TV was with Roku so that was a small inconvenient but I was notified about it upon arrival due to vendor failure so it was out of their hands.

The room was nice. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Good water pressure and hot water. Bed was comfortable.

We stayed a week and only had wifi the first 3 days. It never came back on. As someone who manages rental condos for a living, the lack of communication as to why it was out, when it would be back on, compensation for the fact that we had to spend $$ to use it elsewhere, is unacceptable. I realize there are occasional outages, but everywhere around us had it, and management didn't seem to care that we didn't or make any effort to communicate the issues. The staff was also very unhelpful in knowledge of the surrounding area, recommendations, and general questions. They couldn't tell us where to go eat good local food or find street food, didnt know the cenotes we wanted to go to- which are quite well known, even to me, a tourist, and generally seemed uninterested in providing assistance. (Aside from the older gentleman who worked the day we checked in, but we only saw him the first day). We were also given inaccurate times and distances to walk/bike to the few places we were told about.

Our stay at LiveTulum was amazing. The location was good, near the central street of Tulum Pueblo with many restaurants nearby. Our room was very spacious and beautiful. There was a swimming pool which was very nice as well.

The oven didn't work but that was okay. Would be nice if they served breakfast.

There's currently building going on nearby - we didn't really notice this in the room but aware of it when in the pool

Great value for money, room with access to the pool.

Bed very small, safe didn’t work, quite loud at night (cars), no breakfast (though we knew the latter beforehand).
