David and Paul couldn't have been more welcoming. The cooked breakfast was superb. The place was spottless. A home from home to be honest.

Paul and David are fantastic hosts! Friendly, cheerful. Really made me feel welcome. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of space for hanging clothes. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and perfectly cooked. The location is great. A couple of minutes walk from Peasholm Park, and about 15 minutes walk from the station. A short walk through the park to reach the promenade. A lovely seating area outside at the front. Perfect for the early morning coffee. I will definitely be returning.

David and Paul were amazing hosts .. nothing was too much trouble... really helpful and informative... room was immaculately clean 10/10 ... breakfast choices were all covered .. service totally 100% ... first name basis made you feel soo welcome.. Will definitely be booking again as made to feel very welcome

I have stayed here a few times. I love this little b&b. I went alone this time and felt so comfortable. I had my own en-suite everything i needed. Even hair dryer. Breakfast AMAZING good choice. Blueberry pancakes yummy!!!!! Cater for vegaterians. Clean & freash. Beach 4 min walk. Owners so friendly. Please try this bnb

Breakfast was perfect. Hosts were very friendly. The bed was very comfy.

We had to hand in our breakfast request forms by 6pm but went out at around 11am, and we didn't get back until late at night. The blank request forms were left in our room after we had gone out at 11am., so we couldn't have breakfast on our final morning, which wasn't our fault and was disappointing. We should have been given 3 blank forms when we checked in for the 3 days we were staying so we could have filled them out each morning. Also, the electric went off the same morning and when it came back on the kettle didn't work, so we couldn't even make a coffee before our long 3 hour journey home on Sunday morning. There was also an issue with the electric on the Saturday morning when we were watching the England women's football World Cup match, and with 9 mins left to go the electricity went off and so did the tv.

Really warm and cozy bed, shower was hot, bathroom was really lovely. Paul and David were super lovely, very caring and welcoming for the whole of my stay. And the breakfast was great! Lots of options too. Had a lovely stay! Thank you!

The hosts, David and Paul were absolutely brilliant. They were very friendly and welcoming; they were very knowledgeable about the area and gave us suggestions for some lovely walks and places to eat. They obviously care a great deal about making sure their guests enjoy their stay. The breakfasts were delicious. There was a lot of choice; the portions were very generous and set us up very nicely for each day! The blueberry pancakes with Greek yoghurt were a highlight. Our room was very clean and comfortable with tea and coffee replenished daily. Our bathroom was small but perfectly fine for us. We were able to park directly in front of the guest house. The location is great for wallking to the North and South Bays. Highly recommended.
