The poor empathy of the staff. The lack of breakfast even though I‘ve paid extra for a non-existing breakfast, the lack of service of the team. Such a pity, a beautiful place run by people who doesn't care about guests and their needs

Beautiful room, close to many things

-Noise street, -bedroom’s curtain doesn’t reach the floor, making the street light illuminate the bedroom at night. -The air conditioner, even it say is 21 c, it feels very warm and uncomfortable

They dont seem to clean anything. Walking bare foodnin the room for 20 mins and your feet turn black!

The location is great, walking distance from many bars and restaurants. The neighbourhood is nice and safe. The room was way bigger than expected and had all the necessary ammenities. Personnel very helpful.

The gym is in the basement and very small.

A spacious suite of two rooms and a very large living room/dining/kitchen that were all very clean and modern. Nice location in the Polanco neighborhood. Felt like a home away from home.

Location was great. Walmart very close by and nice restaurants too

The booking process was not transparent. We booked a junior suite and asked for an outside looking suite in upper flowers. we were given a suite facing an inside patio on the first floor. We stopped again and booking offered an upgrade. It was also exterior on the first floor which resulted in a much noisier room. we were not told by staff upon checking that there were laundry facilities in the basement. we were a party of 5 and the sofa bed was not made and all the dishes and silverware were for 4 people
