This is our second stay and both times we were extremely happy with the accomodations.

+ self check-in, no keys needed + great bed and good sleep + silent area, only one adjacent neighbors (older couple) + large LG TV in living room with capability to play mkv movies from USB key + fast and reliable Wi-Fi and internet + generally well equipped house suitable for long stay + would definitely come again

- neighborhood might look a bit trashy, but in the end all people were nice and most of them greeted me all the way; I also missed some proper supermarket in the area, only convenient stores around with most beverages and food supplies with limited offer of fresh fruit and vegetables

Close to downtown and restaurants, had all the necessities for the stay

Everything about this property was Immaculate the beds were comfortable that kitchen was beautiful that neighborhood was quiet everything was just amazing and I truly would recommend this to anyone that's in the Tampa area the host was great didn't have any problems at all I really love this property and I will be back

It was easy to access

The water pressure was absolutely terrible. They had their lawn care person there very early on a Sunday morning that did not allow us to sleep in. Should have had them come after checkout.
