It was a serene and well located property. With beautiful views. It had the clamping vibe.

The toilet being outside made it difficult to use at night and when wet.

alot of insects inside the room i had twice a cockroaches bites me inside the bed. rakons trying stealing my food from the front door which is funny. lizards and iguanas. its nice and creepy at the same time. very pricy to use the spa I was hoping I can go daily. wished the pool more bigger and cleaner

Habitas is an incredible and calm haven in Tulum, perfectly-located away from the noisy main area but close enough to drive/cycle. We stayed in a jungle bungalow with a private pool and it was just perfect for our honeymoon. Loved the main pool area also and the staff are so friendly and super-helpful. Spa is heavenly, most amazing massage. The activities offered are a great addition to the stay. Loved it and already looking for other habitus locations for our next trip.

The food in the restaurant was hit and miss, we loved breakfast but the dinner options were not as good. Seaweed at the beach is a shame, clear water would have made it 100% perfect. Coordinating room cleaning was sometimes delayed and we needed to ask a few times. This could be better arranged.

habitas is so dreamy and relaxing! great little private beach which they clean the seaweed. very safe and attentive staff. they offer workouts, yoga, and mediation throughout the week. Love Habitas !

I honestly don’t know where to begin!!! the experience was nothing short of magic! From luxurious, comfortable unique facilities to just the most amazing crew of people that works there! Arturo from the front seat even catered to my wounded foot ( purely my luck lol) . Not only he fixed me up, but he was so sweet and intelligent and truly kept my spirits up. the outdoor showers were perfect !! I saw some reviews that water was barely, mine was perfectly hot! and it’s just such an amazing experience! I also had a room with a private plunge pool which was just perfect!!!! so private in nature! Unbelievable! and of course I must share about their wellness center! Tanya took such an amazing care of me and recommended the perfect energy massage treatment! My therapist named IMELDA did some true deep healing on me! I’ve never experienced anything that powerful! tears of gratitude would just not stop until the end of the session! I mean I can go on and on and on about this place, but no words will describe it’s true magic! you gotta experience it! I am so grateful!

our bathroom door knob broke off, this meant I got stuck outside and because my partner wasn’t in the room I had to wait until he came back to open the door and I got badly bitten by mosquitos

Hotel room was very clean, food was amazing, great location and very friendly staff members.

We had a problem with hot water in our room but maintenance was able to fix it .

we stayed in one of the beach front rooms, sound of the waves and watching the sunrise from our terrace were once in a lifetime experiences. Food is excellent! local ingredients, unique dishes - every meal was a lovely experience. locationwise the property is at the entrance of town so it is not as busy and disturbed by loud music like others but still easily accessible.

the sea is not great for swimming but that is the overall situation in Tulum.

We literally love everything about this property! it’s quite beautiful place with very special calm recharging atmosphere, perfect food and service. So if you looking for perfect spot for your rest - it’s this place!

The gravel in the courtyard means you can’t walk around freely to the beach with no shoes on. Its super far to the main part of the beach - too far to walk.

all paths are soft sand but passing from rooms to the beach is gravel. hard to walk by barefooted.

The hotel is very calm and tranquil. Its like staying in the middle of a jungle. The restaurant is great and all the staff is very caring and attentive.

The room was actually a tent which we didnt mind but it lacked essential facilities like hot water kettle, tv, work station or a sofa. The washroom was outdoors with lots of plants and had a lot of lizards and insects. It was very uncomortable using it at night and my wife who is terrified of lizards did not enjoy. The beach was very small as well.
