I liked the proximity to Paradigm mall - it was only a couple steps away! I also enjoyed the facilities, such as the rooftop infinity pool.

Walls of the room were thin - we could hear our neighbours in the hallway and in their rooms. It was also difficult to use the 'Do Not Disturb' signages in the room - took us ages to figure out how to turn it off! Had to request from the reception for a room clean. Additionally, water pressure of the shower wasn't strong and there was little water, so showering took a long time. We had to request a change of shampoo and conditioner bottles as the pumps of the bottles provided were not working. Furthermore the plugs in the room were crooked and did not work half the time.

Environment is nice! Next to a mall and friendly staff.

Maybe the swimming pool to do more shelter and lift should have both sides tat scan the room card to access the level. The sensor can be bad at times.

The hotel room is clean n spacious. Having one toilet door to the bedside is very convenient n easy access to the toilet when you are on the bed. The mall beside the hotel make it easy to meet friend for dinner without travelling far. The front desk n the restaurant staff were helpful

club lounge excellent, service and food good.

Bar service was good but cocktails overpriced and not particularly of a quality to match the rest of the hotel. Service was friendly but mixology technique needs some work.
