Excelente TODO! Dario y Gaby son geniales! Es perfectamente limpio siempre y nos dejaron entrar antes y salir después de horario sin cobrarnos extras y eso se valora demasiado! Definitivamente vuelvo una y otra vez! Zona segura, céntrica y tranquila.

Excelente la atención del personal, todos están predispuestos a ayudarte, Gaby fue muy amable todo momento. La habitación era bonita y ordenada, todo limpio, calidad -precio excelente!

The host, Gaby, is an exceptional host. She was very kind and helpful in every way imaginable. She let me check out pretty late and was always there for any request or question I had. She even did my laundry and folded it neatly.The location is kinda central which I liked. Some might say it's in a dangerous area but I never felt uncomfortable. Of course use common sense. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. It has a nice kitchenette of you wanna do some cooking but I didn't use it as I was out most of my time. It has an a/c which came in handy when it got really hot.

The shower was a bit tight but no big deal.

Everything was perfect

Good communication until I left & asked about my missing clothes. The owners were very friendly, flexible with check in & out, flexible with regular room cleaning times & met my breakfast dietary needs & timings with good provision Toilet holder was fixed, window which had no curtain & hole in wall were covered on request

Apartment had various decorative & functional issues eg mirror shelf was loose so things placed on there would roll off, soap and towel holder were loose on the wall so soap would fall off. I asked for these to be fixed verbally but this was not completed. I asked for a hair dryer (it was stated it was provided in booking), I was offered it a day after i said i needed it (requested a few days in advance) Owner went on holiday after which their dogs would bark at all hours & the service provided by her daughter was not of the same standard... Washing machine did not work so I was told to give my clothes to the daughter to wash. When my clothes were returned, a new vest top was missing. I had to leave early the next day so sent a whatsapp message to her (over 1 month ago) & never received a reply. I also added this to the Dante & Compania group but still have not received a response or even an apology for the loss.. I will not be staying here again which is a shame as I will be returning to BA regularly

The hosts were very nice and warm. They gave us good tour tips and all the help we needed. There was a good breakfast every day at our door. The room was big and had a small kitchen that was very handy for us to have small meals.

The only thing that disappointed us a little bit was the fact that it was noisy at night. Our room was near the living room, so we could hear everthing, like people passing by, talking and watching videos with loud sound.

We thought we could pay on card due to info on booking.com but you can't and this led to us having to run around the city 10 mins before we had to leave for our ferry trying to find a cash machine that would accept visas. Also the oven door in our room once opened didn't close so had to stack up breezeblocks to keep it from opening again.
