Sehr geschmackvolle weiche Einrichtung. Helle Farben, alles modern und sauber. Schöne Terrasse und Poolanlage. Anschließender Privatstrand. Parkplätze und Leihfahrräder kostenlos. Der Service war immer freundlich und lächelnd.

Einzige Kritik: Kaffee beim Frühstück hat Luft nach oben.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The cleaning lady changed the sheets and towels daily. Comfortable and quiet place. The food was great and of a great variety.

Great retreat. Superb pool, tennis, free parking and general amenities (all included in price). Rooms clean and spacious. Staff very helpful.

Don’t think suitable if not driving, could he taxi, but would be considerable cost. Nil else.

The beds were nice. And we also liked the shopping center nearby. The 50m pool was nice.

We did not like the breakfast at all. The food was cheap and horrible artificial juice, bad bread, no good cheese and all the tables were dirty and everything a mess. There was also totally noisefull. Why dont you serve nice cheese and ham in a country like italy at a +4 star hotel? Use small cosy plates for the nuts, fruit and yoghurt instead for orfull soup plates? Small changes - and it would have been a lot better experience. Also say "wellcome and goodmorning" to your guests. And take orders and serve coffee/the at the tables instead of looking at your guests as they were worsed ever. When we had a dinner reservation for the quite hyped and expensive restaurante at the hotel (same place as the breakfast) we were talked to by shouting through the restaurant/room "yes what"? And when we had been waiting for over 20 min at the table with a bottle of semi cold water and nobody paid attention to us at all eventhough we have been trying to get the waiters attention several times we simply left. Really bad service and understaffed! And we are normally really positive people we a nice attitude. We tryed to give them a chance..... We also did not liked that the hotel appenrently hosted a criminal organisation and we were anoyed by their bikes all night. Really not a pretty sight! 🤨 We have been traveling throgh Toscany/Emilia Romagna for 10 days now visiting many nice hotels - this was our end celebrating hotel. Well - the pool was very nice. 🙂

Comfortable and clean. Although it needs a bit of refurbishment it is in a nice area outside of Bologna and perfect if you have a car, as it's easy to go visit the centre of town, but also easy to travel around the country.

The breakfast could be improved.

Excellent hotel with a big parking lot. Nice and clean room, polite and helpful staff, delicious breakfast for everyone's eating preferences.

The rooms were warm, cozy and clean, beds comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice, spacious and clean - lovely. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of delcious choices, both Italian and continental. Staff were friendly.

There were limited non-dairy options for breakfast. The gym was disappointing - we had planned to use it and came down in our outfits to find a small room - not bigger than the bedrooms, with only two machines. We did not use it. The outside area was not cleaned up and arranged well - it was still cold but the view from the breakfast room is out towards the pool area and it would have been nice to have a neater view.

it’s in a state of disrepair and looks messy from the outside. the booking.con description is not up to date. there’s no Childrens play area. there was no tea or coffee in the room despite it saying there would be. all minor things except we went there especially to break up a long journey with our 2 year old only to find there was nothing for him to do there

Quite good when you are traveling by car. Close to the highway, but in quiet place. Plenty of parking spaces. Good selection of pastry for breakfast. As well it is about 15 min to the city center, so convenient to visit Bologna. Each room has a kettle in case you don't want to go to the bar.

As usual the amount of hanger is limited. Room is a bit tattered. Omelette and beckons for breakfast that are supposed to be hot was completely cold.

Great staff at the reception. Great location near the autostrada. Good Breakfast. Nice rooms. Excellent beds. Perfect for business trips.

1) No facilities for kids (pool, pikado, etc), 2) The bathroom was not entirely clean. The shower floor was unclean and there was dust under the bathroom elements. 3) Breakfast was good. It was a classic hotel breakfast with cold cuts (cheese and salami), eggs, bacon, sausages, butter, jams, muesli, yoghurt, various juices but also with croissants and cakes. I have only two complaints that would really make a difference and make breakfast excellent. The first one is that eggs were prepared only scrambled and for me un-edible. I'm not sure what was the problem but eggs was simply the worst eggs I've ever tasted. Also, bot times I've tried, eggs were cold. The second complaint is regarding the cheese - there was only one kind of cheese, gauda like, but really cheap and not of the same quality like other cold cut offerings. It's a shame but can be fixed in no time.

Easy early check in, clean and well appointed hotel rooms. Free parking and easy to find. it suited our purpose of a stopover between Dolomites and Rome to break up the drive.
