700 to 800 meters to Al-Haram

Door acess sometimes broken. You need to get down again to receptionist and recharge your card access. Towel so limited. No kettle. Used face mask by previous visitor still in my room (poor hygiene). Poor A/C flow. Same like others visitors was complaints.

It was very dirty. Because of the filth, there were a lot of cockroaches and other vermin. I have lodged a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Health. The hotel was aware of this problem. He had a whole box of spray for the vermin. They tried to hide it. I have photos and videos of the pests. I do not recommend it at all !!

it was one of the worst hotel I stayed ever .

Shower was hot and strong. Once I remembered to turn the water heater on.

Not enough lifts to service 20 floors. Each with 20 rooms and up to 4 guests in each room. Can take up to one hour to get from the ground floor to your room in busy times. If you are not rude and pushing like the other guests. Once left the mosque at 1:00pm and didn't get to my room untill 3:00pm. The room had small cockroaches and flies. I wish I spent a little more money for a better hotel.

massive building/hotel/apartment type 20 floor, poor lift system every time or every pray you literally have to struggle to call the lift and get into it , so much frustration and trouble to get in and out of hotel.
