A beautiful property in an ideal location, excellent facilities with a great deal of care being taken to look after guests. Breakfasts were also first class. I cannot praise this guest house too much. Great value for money too.

Everything was first class.

The choice for breakfast was excellent. Both continental and cooked options. Location was close to the town centre. Easy walking distance to find an evening meal or nip to the shops. Extremely comfortable room and fabulous en suite in a beautiful guest house. The tea tray in the room even had delicious homemade treats!

The only issue may have been with limited parking space but fortunately we managed to park at the front of the property. A public car park is very close by though if we had struggled to get a space.

we were made so welcome as soon as we entered the property with a warm and friendly smile the premises was immaculate and beautifully done the breakfast was exceptional on all 3 days lovely Littke touches in the room home baking fresh fruit to name but a few housekeeping everyday they just go above and beyond 👏🏻👏🏻 x

The professionalism of the business owners and staffs.

I didn't see anything, everything is perfectly arranged.

The owners have done a great job in making guests comfortable and feel at home. Room excellent and quiet. En-suite shower room of high quality. Breakfast excellent. The owner literally went the extra mile for me when the taxi I had ordered did not turn up - he stepped in and ferried me the mile and a half to my business meeting, which I then made on time. This was above and beyond the call of duty!

Breakfast was fabulous. The location is in the centre of Penrith which was great. The room was lovely and very comfortable.

Location, near Bus/train station/restaurants/city centre. Very comfortable, amazing full English Breakfast. Very friendly/helpful hosts. Very close to Lakes.

Very clean, comfortable and accessible to any public transportation and Breakfast is very good plenty to choose from.

Nothing really as the hosts are friendly and helpful. I would recommend the place to anyone.

What a superb gem of a B&B! Excellent standards, very homely and elegant yet professional. Susan makes you feel very welcome, provides lovely treats such as beautiful laundered dressing gowns, wine glasses and delicious biscuits in your room. Wonderful, thank you.

My stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic and the location is very convenient (only a few minutes from main streets and the closest bus stop). The host, Susan, was very kind and helpful!
