Terrible service, unclean and they kept the room so hot I couldn't breathe. They did not bother to even check if the temperature was high or not. The thermostat was not working. Terrible experience and I would never stay here again.

The room had kettle to boil water and 2 bottles to drink water.

Basically the pictures you see above look nice, but once you go there the AC doesn't work properly. And it's not like what I saw in pictures. The staff made me feel so bad, for a moment i thought that I came all the way from dubai to work for them. And since its not my country obviously I didn't wanna say anything and there's a language barrier. I went during summer and AC is much needed during day time which lasts until 8pm. I had to take my bags which weighs 25kg and 10kgs from 5th floor to 6th floor, coz there's not lift. I was with family, my 18 month old baby and ulny wife. Don't go there unless u want to be treated bad. Really sad.

Customer service is amazing. Warm and comfortable. Morning breakfast is excellent and delicious.

Cleaning the rooms is not good. It is not done daily. Also, Towels and bed sheets not changing for weeks. Soup, and toilet not Don. WiFI always disconnect. Really disappointing.

The breakfast wasn't appropriately served, it got over and the refill didn't happen for most of the dishes. Also, the cutlery was scantily available. Every time and again we had to ask the staff for glasses, spoon and plates

I was expected hight knowledge of English perhaps I could understand a little bit of Russian still the staff were not helpful. I was disappointed with the breakfast which was included in the room I wasn’t able to have the breakfast I went down to the reception around 10:30 Am and they said they would help me to get the breakfast but when I went to the restaurant they said it’s closed already. So I decided to take my own paid breakfast i make a order of Turkish breakfast and the staff brought me the plate with eggs some veggies and the coffee and they didn’t brought the bread I was waiting for almost 20 minute until I asked them again for the bread and when I asked the staff she said to use Russian she can’t understand English . In the room they have kitchenette facilities I found tea coffee and water but wasn’t able to find the kettle until I asked the receptionist to find one for me very strange keep the coffee tea and water in the room if there is no kettle .
