The location - near the city center. Parking always available on the street. Comfortable, good value for money. Would recommend to a friend.

Nice room and bed. Everything very clean. Nice bathroom. Appreciated little sample of soap and shampoo. Check in and Check out went smoothely. Cute little balcony with a table and chairs as well as a string to hang clothes to dry.

Great location, walking distance to the main square. Very clean and comfortable, the room was cleaned everyday which we didn't expect. Bed was comfy!

The bathroom floor gets easily wet after a shower. That's about it!

We have stayed at Vivian Villa many times in the past & always had a lovely welcome from Vivian & Nicos. The place is under new management & our room had been modernised. The standards were as high as ever & the new manager was friendly & helpful. It is situated in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, close to the main town square. There was a small balcony, fridge & kettle.

Landlady Eirini was very nice and hospitable. Powerful shower. Very good internet. Good location. Provided clean sheets and towels very often.

Everything was very good. If we had to say anything with a push we would rather to have a more scenic view. But the apartments were exactly what we looked for

We recently stayed 6 nights at Vivian Villa. It is older style simple and spacious accommodation in a suburban area of Argostoli but a very easy walk to town. Our room was on the ground floor and had a sizeable and lovely outdoor area with table and chairs as well as a kitchen and ability to self cater . It also had a safety deposit box. The room is cleaned daily and change of sheets and towels offered third daily. This is good value accommodation and we enjoyed our stay.

The owners do not live on the premises so if you arrive late as we did because of late arrival of flight you may have trouble accessing the property and room.

Asked for a double bed instead of 2 joint beds, that went along with the room, and they made it happen.

A tiny bit expensive for what the room had to offer.

The pillows aren’t the most comfortable but everything else was great!

The location was excellent, as well as the cleaning of the rooms.

That they did not have any space to keep luggage after the departure. Thus, we had to leave the room at 11.30am and had to carry our luggage until night when we took our flight.

The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. We really appreciate it.

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was very clean and it was serviced every day. The owners were friendly and helpful. This is a great location for walking to restaurants, the harbour and local beaches (a 20 minute walk to Kalamia beach)

our balcony,” mountain view” overlooked the backyard of a neighbouring house where the children seemed to scream and shout all day! if you want peace and quiet choose the the other side of the building. The sun shades obscure any possible view of mountains anyway.

The staff was responsive and helpful. Location was amazing. Close to all attractions but quiet and relaxing. We walked most places, were close to boat tours and taxied to a beach. Food was incredible in town. Lots of options within walking. Loved the back patio! The room was spacious and kitchen allowed us to have a light snack or meal.

It is in a neighborhood so there is definitely that aspect of hearing your neighbors on all sides. But again , it is in the middle of town.
