Nice staff and well kept rooms.
Menu is limited but staff was outstanding. A bit of star smell near the lift .

The lady at the reception could have been more helpful when a guest who is not from Lucknow needs some information. Almost bordering on curtness.

The employee was rude and didn't accept our booking. We reached hotel at 12 am night. They said we will not allow your booking because in three rooms we cannot adjust 7 people. And they also said we are not registered at booking.com and we will make your booking . We have to go other hotel. Just for money sake. Don't book hotel online they will change their words. Worst hotel. Don go by looks. Rooms are very small also. You will get better spacious room.

🤮 experience too arrogant staff ..... mistakenly my food platter fell on the bes they charged me Rs.2000 saying that It can't be washed due to oil of the food and forcefully took the money

Very bad experience i had visited this property two times both times its too hot in room no fans are their . Their ac services are also too bad.
Ac service is worst . It doesn't even cool in a whole night

I had a very bad experience at this property. I booked superior double room in which large bed was mentioned however i got a twin bed room. I requested to give me diuble bed room which I booked and in response staff told me that we are sold out and we do not have any vacant room. However the hotel was quite empty. Also the room was too small and congested and this property ruined my trip by providing me twin bed room which was too small and very very uncomfortable. This property is not at all worth of paying 3.5k for this little rat like room which has uncomfortable and jerry like bed.

The location is very nice and food quality is also good. It is very compact and may be suitable for a solo traveller and not suitable even for a small family.
Size of the room is very compact and facilities inside the room to be improved to delight the customer. Facilities for keeping luggage is not adequate. there is no floor mat for toilet.

The receptionist Iqra Khan was very helpful and courteous, the room cleaning staff and restaurant staff were also very good. The breakfast was very good.

Room was not given first according to the booking done for 3 people but later on another extra room was given so it took a long time to settle down after a long journey.
