The room and the bathroom were both quite pretty and nicely decorated. It is near to the hustle and bustle of the Galata Tower.

The room smelt bad so I had to open the window - but couldn't keep it open all the time since the noise from the street was very loud. You could really hear the noise even with the windows closed (and I am usually not that bothered by noise- stayed in busy Karaköy before this). There seemed to be some renovations going on and the stairs were full of stuff which from a safety perspective was not good. It was difficult to get the wifi to work (you needed to register your pass port number and there was problems doing that (and I could only get wifi on one of my two phones)- but got help from the staff at reception).

The location was perfect. We chose it because of the lively neighbourhood - you are in the heart of one of the best tourist spots in Istanbul, close to everything. Breakfast was at a nice restaurant right near the Galata Tower, you had a good selection of traditional Turkish dishes to choose from. Hotel staff was welcoming and always nice. There is a car park very near the hotel with decent prices.

We expected the rooms to be small considering the location, but it was VERY misleading how they presented them in the pictures. Considering my partner is almost 2m tall, the bed was more fitting for a child. No TV in the room, the shower should really be redone (broken shower door, dirty mouldy tiles, broken shower head), and there was no space to put your luggage. There were some renovations happening in the hotel, so maybe in the future there will be something more to it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect - situated right in the heart of Istanbul, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and accessing all the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always on hand to assist with any inquiries or requests. One of the highlights of my stay was the design of the room. Despite being on the smaller side, it was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully laid out. As someone who values comfort and coziness, I found the room to be more than enough for myself and my sister. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. With its perfect location, cleanliness, helpful staff, and cozy room design, it truly exceeded my expectations and made for a memorable stay.

Das Zimmer war toll, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Das Personal ist super nett. Die Lage ist perfekt, um den Stadtteil zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und Extrawünschen (zB. eine 2. Decke) sind sie sofort nachgegangen. Nebenan ist ein cooles Café zum frühstücken oder nur Coffe to Go holen.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße raus, das war schon etwas laut. In der Straße ist zwar nicht viel los, aber wenn ein Auto/Müllwagen kommt hört man es schon sehr.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und äußerst höflich. Dies ist nicht unsere erste Reise nach Istanbul, da ich einige Hotels bereits besucht habe, die auch deutlich teurer waren, ist dieses hier das Zentralste, wenn man als Paar oder mit den Freunden einen Urlaub plant. Die schöne Aussicht zum Galata-Turm, die wunderschöne Terrasse, Abends einfach nur zum Genießen. Wer die Stadt erkunden und zugleich gutes essen in der Umgebung möchte, ein zentrales Hotel sucht, sollte hier hin! Gerne wieder! Kommen definitiv wieder.:) Tesekkürler Mehmet Bey!

Location was good. It's in a nice neighborhood on a quiet street. The Roof terrace was really nice and had a fabulous view.

Noisy neighbors. The hotel arranged airport transfer (great), but then the hotel didn't take credit card, so I had to walk around looking for a bank to take out money for the airport transfer. Would have been easier for me to just take a cab myself to/from the airport then.
