Central location

The hotel and hotel rooms give the impression of dirtiness. I'm not sure I would ever stay at this place again.

Nous recommandons vivement, Toute la famille, parents et enfants ont passés un très beau séjour chez Madame Roza, ce que nous avons apprécié: -l'emplacement : emplacement stratégique, à deux pas de la rue Isteklal dans une ruelle calme, tous les commerces étaient autour et à 10 minutes de la place Taksim, -le rapport qualité / prix: excellent chambre convenable propre tous les équipements étaient disponibles, -le meilleur pour la fin: l'hospitalité et l'amabilité de Madame Roza, qui nous a très bien accueilli, elle nous a emprunté une carte de transport, elle nous a toujours recommandé pour le choix de nos visites et parcours touristiques, lors de notre départ, elle a été d'une gentillesse inestimable,vu que nous avions un bébé avec nous elle nous a permis de garder une chambre après l'horaire réglementaire du check out ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé, et elle nous a assisté pour réserver le taxi qui allait nous conduire à l'aéroport, elle était aussi inquiète que nous lors de son retard. -Une très bonne adresse ! A refaire

Rien Une petite remarque à corriger: juste peut être le lit pas pratique pour s'asseoir dessus car le rebord dépasse le matelas.

The location was good and staff were nice.

The alley was under construction and muddy so walking or carrying luggage was a trouble. All the day we could hear the construction noise in hotel room. The hotel room was not clean and the air conditioner did not work properly, all the noon and afternoon was warm. From 4:30 to 6:00 in the morning an animal, probably a rat or a cat, was running on the roof, and my children and I could not sleep because of the noise. Thank God we reserved the hotel and paid only for two nights.
