Es ist daher nur wenige Minuten zu den Walt Disney World, Universal Studios und Sea World Themenparks sowie einige der besten Golfplätze der Welt. Es gibt Supermärkte und Restaurants (formelle und informelle) in der Nähe. Alles, was man wirklich braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dieses Privathaus bietet kostenlosen Highspeed-Internetzugang (Kabel und WLAN) sowie kostenlose Orts- und Ferngespräche in den USA, Kanada, Mexiko, Puerto Rico, Guam und den Jungferninseln.
Das Privathaus mit der höchsten Qualitätsmöbeln eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Es bietet Platz für sechs bis acht Personen mit 2 Queen-Betten & zwei Einzelbetten. Wir erlauben auch eine Luftmatratze für die Gäste 7 & 8. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Terrasse und eigenem Pool. Der Pool kann auf Anfrage und gegen einen Aufpreis pro Nacht beheizt werden. Das Haus verfügt über eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt; und Sie brauchen nicht einmal einen Fön zu bringen! Und der Pool und Terrasse sind komplett die Fehler aus zu halten abgeschirmt.

The house and pool were perfect for our needs. We stayed here with our daughter and her family. They went to the parks and beach during the day and we all enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Communication with the host was excellent. House was clean and comfortable.

We had a nice vacation in Orlando, and this house worked out really well for a "home base." Nice to have separate rooms to have some quiet time between outings.

The property was clean and bright. Nice size for 6 people. Though we didn't get in the pool in the back yard, we sat around it a couple times when we had down time.
Loved that we were in a quiet neighborhood.

Clearly the pool was my favorite part. Paid the extra to have it heated and it was warm and lovely. Even with chilly evening temps! Very reasonable added cost and well worth it.
Location is very good, away from the crowds of International Drive and Disney parks areas but still a short drive to all. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk away.
This property had everything we needed for a great week in the Orlando area.
Communications with the owner (only to ask if we could extend our departure time, not because of any issues!) was prompt, arriving and check in was a breeze.

It was a good house with everything you need. We spent all days on activities in Orlando and the house was a comfortable place to have as a base.

Nice place to stay with family or friends. Close enough to the parks. Pool is a nice option unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate.

Good communication with the owner Elliot. House was very clean. Neighborhood is very quiet. Shopping is a short 5 minute car ride away. Washer/dryer definitely a plus. Pool is worth the stay.

Our family stayed here last week and it was clean and comfortable. Greatly appreciated that they provided enough of the basic necessities (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.). We were on a late flight so didn't have a chance to go to the supermarket until the next day.
House was very close to everything! We would stay here again.

Our stay here at this rental was amazing. Very clean and well equipped in every way. The pool was awesome! We enjoyed the wildlife that was near the property, especially in the little lake behind the house. We liked to watch the otters play, fish jump and occasionally a gator head pop up.

I thought that this property was very comforting and sweet. The pool was good, the lake was nice, the kitchen had the perfect amount of stuff and utensil’s to use, there is good communication with the owner whenever you text them they respond, the location is great there is Wawa, Walmart, Publix. And I would stay there again.

This was an excellent house to stay in. It is close to grocery stores and locations to eat. Easy access to the turnpike for getting to locations quickly. The swimming pool is a big plus
the 6 year old girl with us wanted to give up Disney world for the pool. Would stay again if traveling to the area.

The house was comfortable and as pictured. Not real large but felt very homey and cozy. We did pay to heat the pool. We called after we arrived and someone was there within 15 minutes. There is a busy highway behind the house but there is a large retaining wall that blocks the noise. In between the backyard and the retaining wall is a wide waterway. We enjoyed watching the ducks and the fact that no neighbors were behind us. It felt secluded yet near to shopping (Publix and Target) and restaurants. We were there for a granddaughter’s graduation so we didn’t attend any of the amusement parks but only about 15 to 20 minutes away. Owners and managers were very quick to answer any questions and concerns when making the reservations and during our stay. We would stay at this home again.

While we enjoyed our stay and the property was “okay”, there are some issues we would like to note and are as follows:
1) beds were much too soft, edging on uncomfortable
2) kitchen dishes and utensils were not clean
3) air conditioning is not very good. Very inconsistent whereby one minute you are very warm and the next you are freezing cold. We were not able to adjust (the book said not to).
4) we paid for a heated pool and we assume it was however, we are not sure what a heated pool means but it did not feel heated to us.
While this worked out okay for us, to consider staying again, the beds and air conditioning would have to be corrected.

The location, house and pool were absolutely perfect for our family. Yes, the interior could be "updated" however we did not choose this house for its interior look as our trip was not spent inside the house other than to sleep/cook. This vrbo met our expectations and our kids had a blast in the pool (which was what sold us on this house along with its location). The owners were very easy to work with and everything we needed to know was easily found in the handbook.

Very pleased with the accommodations, the alarm system to the pool was very much appreciated as we have a 20-month-old. Neighborhood was quiet, and well kept. Distance to the theme parks was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property. Great location to Disney, Sea World or to just sit around the pool. If you have a problem call the property manager and it will be taken care of. Property is very clean. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you to Ron and Elliott.

Perfect location. Close to airport and attractions. Clean. Everything we needed. One suggestion is to keep the pool heated; we didn’t get to use it but it’s very nice! Saw an alligator and a deer!

Communication was very slow upon arrival, pool was to cold to use and we asked for pool heater the day we arrived but it was not turned on until the night before we left. We had four adults in our party and were only supplied with a total of two wash cloths for 4 people for three days. Bed mattress were very soft. I suggest replacing them as they were very uncomfortable. House was very clean and in a great location.

Property Manager and Owner are great to work with on any issues that could develop... Quick Response and Great Communication. Home is slightly dated, but clean and comfortable. Lake behind pool is a bonus. Great access to Universal / Sea World / Orange County Convention Area / and MCO Airport. The neighborhood near the home has plenty of food shopping / restaurants and fast food options. Puerto Rican Restaurant, "Achiote" was so close and so delicious. Adam's Italian ice was also a favorite and very close.

We stayed here for a trip to Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. The house worked well for our family.
The only things that I think are important to point out for anyone else staying are:
1- There are 4 beds. Two of our four children ended up sharing, which is fine now, but if our children were older, this absolutely would have been an issue.
2- The master bathroom needs attention. The lighting is awful and there is black in the grout of the shower. This needs to be addressed.
3- There is no lock between the garage and the house. Anyone with a garage door opener that works can walk right in at any time. Once I realized this, I did not feel safe.
4- There is a Ring or Blink doorbell on the property, so you are being watched.
5- If you are planning on cooking, you might want to buy or bring some pans with you. Someone burned and ruined the pans in the kitchen. Other than that, the kitchen was stocked well and was wonderful.
I probably would not personally stay there again because of the last few things, but if you are ok with those, everything else was great.

Great location for a family based activity holiday. Clean Villa with all necessary amenities. As other reviews have stated the decor is a little tired but this did this didn’t detract from our stay.
