The employees were awesome! They took great care of us! We needed toothpaste and they hunted some down. They were all very personable.
I didn't like the "neighbors" who partied loudly til 5 am and flooded the lobby with their shower. If you would like to give us a discount for lack of sleep, that would be awesome.

Issue. Very courteous staff that were there very friendly and helpful .
They need more help. Those poor workers . But they never complained. Always helped and always were nice.😊

The staff was great, facility was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night and didn't really experience all that the hotel had to offer. It's located right off the highway.

It was good! I had a small breakfast sandwich! Not a big eater! Would have loved just a small free continental brk option! The coffee in my room DID NOT work!😞
The shower temp kept fluctuating between warm, cool, hot!
The pool was definitely too cool for me personally- would have enjoyed a hot tub option!

I don’t like not being able to get a breakfast because I have to leave before they serve. I come here for work and I have to be at work at 6:30 and they don’t serve till 7:00

The location and the cost
The staff confused my reservation with someone else, gave me someone else's room, then tried to get me to check out early due to another mix up with a different reservation. There was no housekeeping for the last 3 days of the stay.

Ordered something for dinner at the restaurant and it took forever. Again new employees.
Every employee said that it was their first day of work so were untrained. The room key kept failing which required constant trips to the front desk.

Nice location, not crowded. Enough parking space available even I came back to the hotel close to 12 a.m. Stuffs are very helpful and friendly. We like the breakfast. We will be back when visiting Grand Rapid.

it was expensive for what was offered. no complimentary breakfast & Grand Rapids doesn’t have enough going on to charge what they are! we paid $180something. it should’ve been closer to $120 or so plus breakfast included!

Front desk lady at check in was super sweet and friendly, pool was great, beds were super comfy and plenty of space in rooms
leftover food stains on a couple walls, from who knows when, previous person’s kcup still left in Keurig, bathroom not swept well
