This is a nice roomy space for a couple to enjoy the ocean sounds and its wildlife from the balcony. Many great restaurants around, in various price ranges, and of course only a short distance away from Santa Monica. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Beach Retreat with the waves at your feet. It’s an amazing place to stay with all the rooms have a view. The comfy bed is relaxing. It’s a vacation destination that’s perfect to unwind, enjoy the ocean view at sunset. I will be back again and again!

If you want to be close to the beach this is your location. Very clean very quaint parking was a breeze which is hard to believe for PCH. Had a great time.

Property is better than looks. We saw dolphins and seals. The owner provides lots of extras normally in in a rental. Very well stocked. He was very responsive and accommodating. Amazing views.

The property was AMAZING, clean and super fun decor, GREAT view and just over all relaxing. We had dinner Reservations but cancelled because why leave this place. Lots of up-grades, including snacks and drinks. EVERTHING YOU NEED IT THERE !!

Cozy and clean
Great location! Right on the water. Rahmi provided every thing we needed for our stay. The home was clean and warm and smelled pleasant. It was a nice intimate spot for my wife and I to just get away. The sounds of the waves put us to sleep every night. Would definitely stay here again.

Just okay..
Rented this for one night only.
Host did allow an early check-in, but by the time we figured out the correct lockbox for the keys, we didn’t really get in the house very early.
The stairs down to condo are very steep. The condo is not luxurious. It’s fitted with very uncomfortable furniture inside and on balcony. The bed was also uncomfortable. The furniture was dated and neglected.
There was No beach access, stairs down to beach were locked, and there is no sandy area at all, not even during low tide, only rocky shoreline, but you will have a very beautiful view of the ocean. The views from the balcony are amazing.
Check-in instructions were slightly confusing, some pics of the door and correct lockbox on day of check in would have been helpful.
The price was not cheap, but we still were told to remove all our own trash.. maybe spend the money on a nice Malibu beach hotel, and not worry about cleanup and get yourself a comfy bed.

Can’t get closer to the water than that.
Amazing location you’re right on top of the water you can’t even hear the highway behind the house because of the waves crashing . Owner of the property was extremely professional and fast to respond to request any questions. highly recommend.

Loved this property. Right on the Pacific Ocean. Slept to the waves crashing on the shore right outside our window. Perfect for day-tripping to Santa Barbara, Beverly Hills and Zuma beach.

Brilliant
Everything about this place is stellar. Fantastic location overlooking the water and easy access to the beach. Everything from the first contact with Ramy to follow ups was super easy. He’s super responsive and helpful. We saw some dolphins in the water which made our trip even better. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a private getaway with a view.

Heaven on Earth
It's rare you see something so nice undersold - the description and even the image does not do justice to this home's experience.
The outside deck is very long and the image shows about half of it. You can enter it from either the master bedroom or the living room. Imagine lying to rest with the deck door open and the sound of crashing waves cajoling you into slumber. It was a first of me.
The deck provides an full 180 of nothing but the Ocean at your feet. To the left of the house is empty space where another could be if this place was any less heavenly. This space is an essentially a private beach nestled within the two neighboring homes.
The home is thoughtfully appointed with a all-in-one washer dryer.
The owner was gracious throughout, and allowed us to check in early and eagerly accommodatted of our request to add a family member to our lodging list (bringing us to 3). He rewarded our transparency.
Important:
This place rewards those who treat it with respect. The home is nestled among others and thus is situated within very small, reserved but friendly local community. And you have to be thoughtful about how you use the beach in front of the property in order that everyone has the opportunity to share the joy.
This is not a party scene at all, we BBQ'd to our hearts content but played no music audible to any but ourselves, and seriously -- the waves are all the music you need.
We will come back G-d willing.

Didn’t want to leave!!
We barely left the whole time we were there because you can not get a more stunning view, proximity to the ocean, mixed with privacy and the most chill vibe ever! This place is so relaxing and feels like a true true getaway. Real Malibu living! Spent most of the time on the deck, easy check in. Super responsive host. A ++++

Heaven has dolphins!!
Every morning, we sat on the balcony and watched the waves crash. Sipping coffee, reading a book. Dolphins swam by every few hours. It was absolute heaven.
My only qualm was a more comfortable bed. Other than that, it was absolute perfection.

Having the Pacific's waves crash right at your feet as you relax on the picture perfect patio. The decor is light and lavish, and I didn't have much to unpack as the home was equipped with so many pleasant supplies. If you're looking for serenity on an upscale level, look no further. I can't wait to return, maybe even to the three bedroom above that is absolutely glorious!

Cute and cozy
I rented this place for closeness to the water and for that it was perfect. I wasn’t ready for the smell and rust that algae normally bring to oceanfront property but understand that its to be expected. The manager was very responsive to my questions and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable so the time spent there was great!

Breathtaking views and location aside you’ve got quite a knack for hospitality as well! We felt as if we’d arrived at a 5 Star Hotel with kitchen and bathroom amenities and keen attention to detail settling us right in!
Access to the surprisingly large outside deck from both dining area AND bedroom was just stellar to spend most of our time amongst the crashing waves!
Our already memorable trip was capped by a nice surprise delivery of Prosecco to ring in our 2021!
The parking was great, location just brilliant, and hospitality peerless!

Beautiful Malibu Location
Perfect location for a couples getaway. Owner responded quickly to questions and accommodated a special request. Unit was spotless and we felt Covid safe. Great location right on the ocean (any closer and we would be swimming!). Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Multiple porpoise sightings!

Amazing location!
This condo is RIGHT on the beach, so get ready to spend a lot of time on the balcony, listening to the waves, watching them crash just below the balcony. You'll see dolphin swimming by, sea lions, pelicans... it's just beautiful.
It is a rocky "wet" beach, so no dry sand directly in front of the unit. There is some dry sand a few houses down, though, and it's fine to swim in that area.
You climb down a ladder to access the beach. While that was kind of fun for us, it may not be easy for everybody.
The owner was great about responding to us asap. He also called to check on us and see if we needed anything.
If you love Malibu, then look no further. We'll definitely be back!
