Comfortable, safe, great location! We’d love to go back! Pilar was great!

The house is gratis and location are great and the complex is very nice overall with super nice staff. A long distance from the PV core for those who want to experience PV as a whole but some good options around if you just want to relax and enjoy the area or a more low key experience. My only suggestion would be to provide basics like toiletries and all which I think would be a tiny detail compared to the hefty rental fee. Otherwise a great place for a chill vacation with family or friends.

A beautiful property in the perfect location. It was our second time spending a week at Casa Jazmin and we are already booking our next trip. The beach is right outside the door and there are excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Thank you, Pilar, for a wonderful stay! This house is in an amazing location, right on the beach. It was perfect for my toddler and baby, as we didn’t have to go anywhere and still had an amazing time. The town of Bucerias is right outside the front gate and is well worth some sightseeing and shopping. House is very big and clean, with 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. We also made use of the private chef several times during our stay which was just wonderful. Pilar is very communicative and accessible and helped us with needs like having drinking water available on arrival. My only complaint is that the beds in 2 of the rooms were incredibly uncomfortable. This would easily be resolved with a mattress topper. Had a wonderful time, thank you!

The house is perfect for the 3 generations of family that we had. The pool and pool toys were a hit with the kids and the beach is only steps away. Everything we wanted to do or see was an easy walk or bus ride as we did not bother with a car.

We had a great time celebrating our 10 year anniversary. The kids loved the pools. Frederico catered a dinner for us at the house and it was amazing.

We spent the week at Casa Jazmin as a family of 5. The house was wonderful and just as pictured. The house was well stocked with all the basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.). We cooked all our breakfasts and lunches at the house. We traveled with our three young children and loved the smaller lap pool in the backyard. The water was warm which made swimming enjoyable even for our infant. The house was stocked with lots of shovels and pails for building sand castles on the beach. The pool also had lots of inflatables for kids to play with. The house is in a gated community with very kind security guards around 24/7. Pilar was very helpful in setting up the rental of baby equipment and grocery delivery from La Comer. We also used the recommended private chef one night. We rented a car for the week. We did find driving in the more central part of Bucerias slightly stressful at night for dinner as parking is challenging, roads are narrow, and we encountered construction (a road completely demolished) without any warning. While there were some excellent restaurants in this area (we loved Mr. & Mrs Fish and Toscana Mia), we found we preferred to walk to restaurants near the house (there are lots of great options). We enjoyed Karen's, Taco's Linda, La Postal, and La Negra. I would recommend setting up reservations at the restaurants as we were not able to get into the highly acclaimed Sandrina's.

This property was perfect for our needs. Well equipped and very comfortable. The beachfront location was unbeatable and the pool was great too. We can’t wait to return!! Ps iguana watching on the lawn was a BIG hit with the kids!

Enjoyed ourselves on our vacation. This place was exactly what we were looking quiet, well stocked, private pool, and on the beach. We enjoyed a few dinners from the recommended chef and enjoyed them, they we delicious and provided great service. Would definitely come back.

This was a beautiful property right on the beach with a private pool and yard looking directly into the wonderful Bay of Banderas (Puerto Vallarta). The property manager, Pilar, was incredibly helpful and even recommended a highly rated in-home chef which we used twice as their food was delicious and their customer service was 5 stars. Great place for a family vacation!

We had an amazing one week family vacation at the Casa Jazmin house. Our three young kids loved playing at the beach and in the private pool. We had a rental car for part of the trip and took day trips to other beaches, but many days we just stayed at the house to hang out at the pool and beach. It's a few minutes walk on the beach or in town to get to downtown Bucerias so this house has a good location since it's quiet, but still within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend this location. Pilar and the team were great and very helpful.

We stayed a week in Casa Jazmine and it was wonderful. Plenty of room for 10 of us. The pool and patio are a wonderful place to hang out and the beach is just outside the gate. Lots of mosquitos out on the patio so just be aware. The house has plenty of bathrooms for 10 and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. The only thing that is needed is a water dispenser. We were fine buying water on our own but having to lift up the heavy bottles every time to get water was hard for the older and younger folks. Communication with property manager was excellent. She was very responsive and helpful. She also gave us a number to friends that do catering and taxi service. They were so nice! Unfortunately we weren't able to use the catering service but would love to next time. We would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful week at Casa Jazmine!

This was an amazing property and perfectly suited our family of 7- our 3 adult sons and 2 daughter-in-laws. The location on the beach with the pool was perfect! Within walking distance to many restaurants. Our favorite activity was the Bici Bucerias Bike Food Tour, just down the street. Pepe, our guide, took us to his favorite local restaurants to taste authentic mexican specialties. So worth it! We had My Mexican Kitchen come to the house one night to cook dinner and it was the best! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

This home was just as described. There was plenty of room for the seven of us and we loved that it was right on the water. We also liked that we were right next door to the community pool.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Casa Jazmin. The property was great for our family!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach in Bucerias. There are 4 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, plus a powder room. Three of the 4 bedrooms open to the ocean view. There is a lovely patio, outdoor grill and small lap pool that several of us used in the warm afternoons. There are several nice restaurants within a block or two just down the street. And it is about a 10 minute walk to a large grocery store.

Great property, great view. Easy walking distance to shops, grocery, and restaurants. Also close to hospital (covid testing)

We spent 9 wonderful days at.tgis prosorty. Quite. Clean and safe. Highly recommeded

Pilar was super helpful. She arranged having filtered water delivered, getting baby equipment rented and hiring a chef for our first night. She also arranged for the housekeeper to clean the house a few additional days on our request. We loved our stay and Pilar made everything very easy for us. Thanks to her and all her staff.

No words are suffice to explain how perfect this location was. We did a family vacay , location was amazing, breathtaking sunsets, we did horse back riding, and we enjoying sitting at the ocean for hours, property was clean and staff had excellent communication, anything you could have needed was at the home, we even asked the ladies giving massages on the beach to come to the house and give us massage since the house already had a massage table. We are already planning our next stay.

This property is located in a gated location with 24 hrs security. Rooms are roomy and the view is awesome.

we had a wonderful time - house was beautiful, location right on the beach was amazing, neighborhood/surrounding area was safe and awesome. Hoping to come back again next year we loved it so much.
