Large, airy condo very nicely furnished and appointed. Friendly hosts, excellent location close to good restaurants. Partial obstruction of view toward ocean by new building, otherwise everything excellent.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location, safe and very close to the beach. Thank you so much.

Enjoyable and planning to return

Benjamin's property is very well located, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and communication with Benjamin was great. We will certainly come back here!!!

It was a beautiful space. The owners are amazing they really made sure we were taken care of. I loved the area however it is not directly on the beach it’s a short walk maybe 7-10 min walk and across a busy 4 lane street so we didn’t spend time in the beach like we intended to.

Very nice place and roomier than many other places we stayed on the coast in previous years. Very comfortable and quiet sleeping conditions. Close to many great places to eat and shop and the beach park with nice amenities is just across the street. We plan to go back there. The balcony is always in the shade and it makes a perfect place to sit and read.

What a great place to stay. Right in the middle of Sunny Isles Beach. Property is exactly how the pictures are. 5 minute walk to beach. Definitely will be back

The comdo is so convenient located within minutes from the beach, restaurants and stores. Equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Benjamin was very hospitable and made sure we have a great stay even let us checkout later since our flight was in the evening. We would definitely be back!

Great host & beautiful condo. My friends & I stayed here for Rolling Loud so this location is very convenient to major roads/hwys. The beach is right across the street from the condo. You do not get a good view of the beach due to the construction of a hotel directly in front of the balcony, but if you read the reviews beforehand hand, then it should come to no surprise. I actually enjoyed watched the surrounding construction sights at work. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves luxury, but at an affordable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Valets were pretty slow at times for no reason, but not always (It was included already in price). The host and his wife’s English isn’t that pronounced. Overall we loved it.

Our stay in Amparo's and Ben's condo was great! The unit was beautiful, organized and clean. The condo was spacious and provided all the amenities such as towels, kitchenware, bedding, umbrella for the beach and a beach chair. You have access to delicious food within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The building is conveniently located near beach (5 min walk) and all the restaurants( all sorts food is available less than 10min walk)and shopping( everything is nearby including Aventura mall) . The place was very clean and equipped to make our family time perfect. Beds are comfortable , furniture is tasteful and elegant ! Owner Benjamin is sweet guy welcomed us at place and was very courteous.Loved the paintings all over . Building has its own pool ,quiet place to relax !! Place is more beautiful than pics !! Would love to go back next time !

Everything was on point close to a lot of things south beach was a lil farther than expected but overall a great place to book

The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. Very nice people...it gives you a feeling of a home away from home. The unit is clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

El apartamento esta bien mantenido, limpio y muy completo. En las fotos que parecen en la pagina no es claro ni evidente lo que sucede con la construcción que esta excesivamente pegada al edificio, la que no permite luz suficiente y bloquea completamente la vista de TODAS las ventanas, lo que genera un ambiente muy sombrío y triste. Lo único que se ve es una pared infinita de concreto. El ruido de la obra es bastante molesto tambien, por lo que no se puede abrir el balcón durante el día. Realmente para pasar vacaciones en Miami es muy fuerte no poder ver ni el cielo.

Loved it! The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s actually a very beautiful condo with 2 bedrooms and a den. Lots of space, comfortable and clean. I will stay here again and recommend!
