It was all comfortable,location is nearby Padmanabhaswany temple and other attractions in trivandrum. Loved the cleanliness and support from the owner and family.They were extremely humble and down to earth. Got complete privacy and had a wonderful stay. Will surely recommend this to others.

My apartment included a well-equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, gas hob, balcony, shower, toilet and AC. The apartment is located in a growing Indian residential area, so I also had the opportunity to get to know my Indian neighbors. I've had very good experiences. The manager of the apartment, Mr. Asko is a kind, honest, trustworthy and very considerate man. Even in difficult matters he was committed with advice and action. My apartment was very clean. I was provided with fresh drinking water every day. If someone asked me the question, would you go there again, I would spontaneously answer: yes. The apartment is also suitable for long-term stays. Thanks to the manager and his team for a long stay in a pleasant area. Indian restaurants and grocery stores are also within walking distance. I can highly recommend the Chalai market, including the fruit and vegetable market. Distance from the apartment about 3 KM. Via Rikscha.

This is definite go to place for stay in trivandrum. Rooms are clean and spacious with all the necessary facilities. A working kitchen is available for you to cook meals. Host is a ex-hotilier and hence knows what people need. All in all a great stay

Utmost care in cleanliness.

The hosts were very friendly. The room was very clean, well-lit and well-maintained. It felt like we were at home. We absolutely loved the stay. Due to our travel commitments we had to stay later than the checkout time. We asked the host if we could wait in the lobby. The hosts were so accommodating and made another room ready for us to stay for a few more hours without any charge. For the first time in a long while, a homestay felt like home. I would definitely recommend the place.

Absolutely peaceful location. Spic & span rooms and furnishings. Well appointed private rooms and above all, one of the most hospitable families. From a warm welcome to an overwhelming goodbye, everything seemed like family. Ashok ji, Sheela ji, their daughter and a loving poodle, 'Coffee' make you feel at home the moment you step in. Ours was a pretty short visit, but surely looking forward to longer stays with more friends and families here. 100% recommended.
