Uncontrollable venting device running until late night, the hot water and TV signal were cut , and slowing air flow felt humid in the property..

everything is perfect! great location, close to the city and mountain. excellent host and communications, very clear and helpful instructions for check in. great facilities with everything you need. breakfast provided with lots of varieties. comfortable beds and great hot water shower. strongly recommended if staying in new Plymouth. thanks for the wonderful stay.

beautiful location and bird sounds… the little walk through the bush… nice and dark so we could sleep through the night.

The B&B is located close to a bush. There are two bedrooms. There is enough space for a small family.
It is a 5 minite walk to the Te Henui Walk Track. From there it is a 1 hours walk to the coast. You walk mostly through a forrest sheltered from the sun.
Our hosts Gert and Elmien were very friendly and helpful.
The fridge was a temporary solution with a lot of ice which melted and flooded the kitchen when the switch in the kitchen area was accidentally turned off.

The accommodation had absolutely everything you could possibly need including everything for breakfast! Although small, it was well laid out and both rooms had their own en-suites. The beds were comfortable and the hosts had clearly gone to great effort to present everything well, I felt like we were staying a relatives place!

Located well away from the busy area of town and very quiet and peaceful. Access to a bbq and patio area made it a home away from home. Very clean and comfortable. A lovely stay on our North Island trip.

it’s a super charming apartment annexed to the owners house, overlooking a lovely green area, in a very quiet neighbourhood but very close to the city centre. it was a great stay.
