Our second time in the property, flat 102. Decoration has been updated since last year and the apartment looks fresh and modern. It has everything you could ask for in the kitchen and bathroom, the bed we found very comfortable and heating adjustable throughout the apartment if it became too hot. A great place to relax and explore the city, close to everything. One minute walk from Hallgrimskirkja church and 5 minute walk from the sun voyager where we saw the northern lights briefly. A very comfortable base to stay in Reykjavik and when returning from tours further afield.

The only minor points would be hearing footsteps from the flat upstairs though we were fine with this as it wasn’t too noisy. The hairdryer perhaps needs replaced as it would cut out after a few minutes use.

The property was in a fabulous location. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable.

A clean and comfortable flat in a great location whilst also being quiet

close to the city

The location was perfect for a tourist cause it’s easy to find areas around Reykjavík.

I was supposed to leave the keys in the drop box at all times but I was not as comfortable about that because I come from a city of crime, Philadelphia, and I work as a forensic scientist so I didn’t like the thought of someone I didn’t know having access to me. Also, I have trouble with lock boxes sometimes so I didn’t want to put them back and get myself locked out.

Can't beat the location and flat is super cute and got everything that you need.

Very clean and well organised, even though it's quite a small apartment. Nice host.

The curtains let some light peak through, could be annoying for some people. There's no door between the bedroom and living room.

It was so comfortable and just perfect for our family. The location could not have been better.

We could not locate the washing machine. We didn’t ask, we just did some wash in the tub and made due.

Steps up to the apartment could be a challenge for some

No breakfast included. Needs at least a curtain between the two sleeping areas.

We stayed on the lower floor apartment. It was very noisy when anyone walked in the upper floors.

Proximity to Downtown Reykjavík, beds were comfortable.

Could do with better cleaning in bathroom, windows and walkway to house.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Very central to all the lovely shops and beautiful street.

Our initial trip got cancelled at very short notice and the hosts were so accommodating in helping us to rearrange our dates. Before our stay the communication was great and the apartment was spacious, clean and in a fantastic location! Would definitely stay again if we return to Reykjavik.

The apartment was hot, even after we turned the radiators off.

Excellent location, lovely and warm. All the bedding/towels/amenities needed. Thank you for making this a comfortable and easy stay!

The main improvement would be to add a door between the bedroom and living space. No other recommendations to improve, we loved it.
