It’s not worth the money at all. very basic rooms, with no central water heating. No games room or any activity available in the property. The lobby is very small, no proper food facilities.

The room was nice. It was spacious and clean.

Service, Food. Cant even take order properly. Didnt deliver what was ordered. Food was atrocious. We ate all meals at a nearby hotel except breakfast. They refused to serve us tea when asked at 7 pm saying they were busy preparing dinner buffet. Will never recommend to anybody. We paid lots of money and the experience was pathetic.

NOISE IN THE ROOM, SINCE THE FLOORING I WOODEN IT IS ABSOLUTELY INCONVENIENT, WHEN SOMEONE WALKS IT MAKES SOUND.

it’s a vegetarian hotel but no mention in the portal plus a lot of things written are no existing or are just for namesake the bathroom did not have towels ect can keep on writing but I’d no use left after one night to another hotel

It's a good place to stay. Location is too good, we could see Kanchenjungha mountain range from the hotel lobby. The view from our rooms in the 2bhk apartment was excellent. Food was great. Staff was polite. Rooms were comfortable.

The service could improve a little as we had to call the staff multiple times to get the cleaning done(plates and food).

Location was alright...beautifully arranged plants

No clean area for hand wash...part of kitchen used for hand wash which was not even clean...hand wash tap was not fixed properly...wash basin was not clean.
